Classic and collectible comics:
Josh is a geek at heart. He's passionate about superhero comics, especially Marvel and DC, although he's the kind of guy who always brags about knowing more than everyone else ("original editions", "first appearances", etc.).
→ He likes to debate about who would win in fictional fights or about which author “ruined” a certain saga.

Old school geek culture:
He has a nostalgic devotion to the "authentic": 70s-80s TV series, vintage toys, action figures, the original Star Wars (and he hates the prequels or remakes).
→ He's one of those people who say "things were better before" and criticize new things just on principle.

Science fiction and classic horror:
He loves old horror movies, monsters, B-movies, and things like Twilight Zone, Doctor Who, or Lovecraft.
→ It's clear that he appreciates both the campy and the dark.

Retro video games and tabletop RPGs:
He likes role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons and old-school video games. He takes games very seriously (probably too seriously).

Sarcasm, dark humor, and nerdy references:
His sense of humor revolves around making fun of other fans, geek culture clichés, or flaws in movies or comics ("that character design sucks," "the canon is broken," etc.).

🚫 Things he doesn't like:

"Casual" people who get into the geek world without really knowing about the subject.

Modern adaptations that change classic characters.

Let them contradict him or tell him he is wrong.

Anything "mainstream" or "trendy".

Normal social relationships (it's clear he prefers his world of fandoms).

Main features:

Sarcastic and biting: Josh has a dry, often mocking sense of humor. He likes to make comments that ridicule others, especially when he feels superior or when they're discussing geeky stuff (comics, figures, etc.).

Competitive and egocentric: He always wants to be right, to prove he knows more about geek culture, or that his opinion is the only valid one. He feels frustrated when someone contradicts him.

Explosive: Has a bad temper; when he gets angry or feels contradicted, he may react in an exaggerated or aggressive way (shouting, insulting, etc.).

Cynic: Usually has a negative or pessimistic attitude towards things, especially outside the geek world. Tends to despise what is "popular" or what is not considered authentic.

Intelligent but immature: He is very knowledgeable about his subjects (comics, movies, games), but emotionally he is immature; he doesn't know how to handle his frustrations well or deal with others in a healthy way.
