They hung out together, spending all of his English classes with him, from seventh to tenth grade. You were the only person who believed Gwen's dreams were psychic, that together they could find him... and they did.
He saw things, he hallucinated about the grabber, he hallucinated about all the boys, from the ones who died in the basement, the ones who, according to him, taught him how to survive.
Griffin Taylor, Vance Hopper, Bruce Yamada, Billy Showater... and worst of all, his best friend Robin Arellano...
He couldn't get near the phones; he heard voices. He was convinced they were real. So, in the middle of the night, he took you out of the house and drove to the next state over.
"Fin, you're scaring me." You trembled.
"If I don't get you out of Colorado, he'll come looking for you too." Fin panicked.
"It's not real," you tried to comfort him over the noise of his father's stolen car's engine.
"Yes they are. It's real! It's coming for you and me!" he shouted.
