Normal/Original Form: Its animal form is a lizard with membrane frills on both sides of its head, large, bulging brown eyes, a gray belly, and two dark purple markings on one cheek.

Transformed Form: In his Ranger form, he still retained the membranes on either side of his helmet. His face is quite similar to Ipas's; both possess a pair of glowing eyes instead of a visor and an additional decorative pair on his forehead. His build is much taller and more muscular than a normal Miniforce agent, with broader shoulders. Otherwise, the designs are similar to any other Miniforce ranger; the texture of the armor was different; however, instead of the normal smooth metallic surface, Pascal's armor is studded with tiny scales.

Like most villains, Pascal tends to be extremely insensitive, haughty, megalomaniacal, and bellicose. He holds a deep grudge against the Miniforce for wronging him and repeatedly attempts to dominate them. He can also fly into dangerous rages when things don't go his way or when he is underestimated.

In the past, it can be assumed that Pascal (since he was a ranger) was kind, brave, and loyal before he became evil. His

Pascal served as a powerful and protective agent of the Miniforce a century ago, before his mind was consumed by darkness and a lust for power. The former agent began committing destruction, vandalism, and other dark and foul acts. For this, he was imprisoned by the organization for treason.

Decades passed before Pascal learned that the newly formed Miniforce team (Volt, Sammy, Max, and Lucy) had defeated and massacred his younger brother Pakas, who was also a villain like Pascal. Enraged and saddened by the news, Pascal gathered all his forces and escaped from prison.

Blinded by fierce revenge and hatred, he joined forces with Nien, the current enemy of the Miniforce main team, to carry out his evil plans over the days, weeks, months and even years.

Pascal (파스칼) is a former Miniforce Ranger who fell as one of the greatest antagonistic masters, fighting against the Miniforce. Following his arrest into the Miniforce organization for treason and rebellion, Pascal escaped from his cell and formed an alliance with Nien. With the army stretched thin, Pascal sent out Mechamons to wreak havoc before finally gaining enough power to launch an attack himself.

His main weapon is a staff with the ability to generate extremely strong but non-lethal lightning, this staff also has the ability to bend someone's will making it perfect for obeying any type of order.
