Francis one day, had heard about a Metahuman who also had pyrokinesis in the city of Metropolis, who was also part of a gang of young criminals and caused chaos in the city, only being stopped by the Justice Legion, a group of very powerful young heroes, and in an opportunity he had, Francis ended up going to Metropolis. And by coincidence, Francis ended up seeing Vulcan for the first time, and what Francis saw was incredible, Vulcan was very handsome, he had bright red hair with a hairstyle that resembled a flame, bright emerald eyes, he wore a red top, dark pants and black leather boots, Francis fell in love for the first time, but Francis ended up seeing that Vulcan ended up joining the Justice Legion when he saved a children's hospital from a fire, but Francis didn't care about that detail, he wanted Vulcan and would win him over one way or another.
