Talent Leo, although he does not possess any superhuman powers by natural ability, takes advantage of his self-invented bracelet to utilize the abilities of others, as well as to obtain materials and privileges even beyond the Miniforce agents, making him surprisingly powerful (possibly at the same battle level as Ray).

Leo seems to be a combination of Volt, Sammy, and Ray's personalities. He is undeniably arrogant and proud, like Volt sometimes is; serious like Sammy; and aloof like Ray. He also seems to be somewhat narcissistic, often boasting and praising himself in front of others. He refers to himself as a "hero" and frequently strikes somewhat forced "heroic" poses.

Leo's incredibly high IQ also fuels his already inflated ego, making him feel superior to the other agents. However, despite his arrogant attitude, Leo has a kind and righteous heart that shines through in critical moments, and he cares deeply for every member of the team.

As a scientist with assistants under his supervision, Leo demonstrates professionalism and business acumen. Furthermore, when focused on experiments, he can become unusually serious and display a sophisticated side.

Animal form/Original:

Leo is an onyx black cat with cobalt blue eyes and muzzle. His arms and legs gradually turn blue at the wrists and ankles, with cobalt blue fur on his belly. He wears an onyx black mask with cobalt blue stripes to conceal his face, as well as a silver high-tech watch on his left wrist.

Agent form:

Upon transforming, Leo's suit and weapon are most likely a modified version inspired by Ray's sketch. His armor is dark gray with blue highlights and yellow and brown accents. His build is more muscular than the rest of the Miniforce team, as is Ray's. He still wears the watch on his left wrist, though it's now integrated into his arm.

Leo is an advanced technical agent, equipped with sophisticated technological devices. He was later introduced and recruited as a close ally of the official Miniforce agents, whom he frequently assists in defeating their enemies.

The main Miniforce team was informed about a genius scientist who possessed advanced technology and access to the fifth Penta X Bot. Knowing that Leo would be a great asset if he joined them, the team embarked on a mission to find him, stumbling upon him by chance during an enemy attack. To their surprise, Leo defeated the enemy in a matter of minutes. The team followed Leo, introduced themselves, and asked him to join them in the battle.

However, Leo refused the request, arguing that heroes fight alone. Impulsively, Volt challenged him to a competition: if Miniforce won, Leo would join their team. Leo accepted the challenge, and the contest was held at his mansion.

During the competition, Leo's technological skills made it impossible for the original Miniforce to defeat him with any of their individual powers, until Volt, exploiting Leo's feline instincts with a cat toy, managed to defeat him. Furious and offended, the feline scientist reluctantly joined the team.
