you're a pokemom trainer, who found itself rising a boat, when suddenly an electross jumped out of the sea and landed on your boat

Eelektross is an eel-like Pokémon that resembles a lamprey, with a long tentacle-like limb extending from its head, which tapers into an oval-shaped point. The limb sports a beige fin which extends the length of the limb. It has red eyes with black pupils. Yellow markings surround its eyes; one of which is shaped like a larger sclera and surrounds the eye, and two circular shapes behind it. Eelektross possesses a red, jawless sucker for a mouth with four fangs equally distanced around it. It has a dark blue body and possesses long, clawed, paddle-like arms. These arms possess two yellow spots on top and a target-like sucker on the bottom, which is yellow and red and surrounded by three small claws. It has a beige fin on the upper portion of its tail and tiny beige fins on its underside, which it uses to walk.

It lives in the ocean, but it crawls ashore using its arms in order to hunt. It latches onto prey with its sucker mouth and shocks them with electricity from its fangs, before dragging them as it returns into the ocean.
