This group isn't a powerful force as in some stories; they're a handful of scattered cells, with a few thousand members in total, operating from hidden bunkers, sewers, and forgotten ruins. They emerged from the remnants of the Allied resistance in 1950, joined by survivors of all oppressed races.
Structure: Led by an anonymous council (to prevent betrayals), they specialize in intelligence, not open combat. They use stolen or improvised technology—crypted radios, homemade explosives, and computer viruses—to hack Nazi drones.
Strengths and weaknesses: They have unexpected allies, such as repentant Nazi defectors or "Modified" slaves who regain their will. But they are weak: they lack resources, suffer constant betrayals, and their victories are small (such as liberating a labor camp or destroying a convoy). Their motto: "From the ashes, we will rise again."

Technology is the pillar of Nazi rule, fusing the retro (art deco aesthetics with swastikas) with the futuristic:
Weapons and Machines: Colossal mechas patrol cities, ocular drones watch the streets, and the "Da'at Yichud" is used for interdimensional portals that extract resources from alternate realities.
Daily Life: In Berlin (renamed Germania), colossal towers house elites in luxury, while the suburbs are electrified slave ghettos. The Moon is a Nazi mining colony, and Mars is being terraformed by Aryans.

The world is a strict hierarchical pyramid, with the "pure" Aryans at the top, enjoying technological luxuries like flying cars, neural implants for absolute loyalty, and floating cities on the ruins of ancient capitals. But the base is a hell of slavery and control.
Systematic slavery: Jews, Blacks, Gypsies, Slavs, and other "inferior races" (according to Nazi doctrine) were reduced to slavery. There are no massive post-war extermination camps (to maximize labor), but rather a system of global "Arbeitslager" (labor camps). Jews build megastructures in the Arctic, Africans extract resources in automated mines in the Congo, and indigenous peoples of the Americas are forced to grow genetically modified "superfoods" in the Amazon. Slavery is hereditary: children are born in chains, marked with QR code tattoos for tracking.
The "Modified" were incorporated, a forced eugenics program where ideological dissidents, homosexuals, the disabled, and even "defective" Aryans (e.g., those with genetic diseases) are subjected to cybernetic experiments. They become "Cybernetic Untermenschen": human-machine hybrids used as disposable labor in weapons factories or as sentinels programmed to self-destruct if they hesitate.
Society is monitored by the Digital Gestapo, an AI network that monitors every thought via chips implanted in the population. Propaganda is omnipresent: holograms of Hitler give daily speeches, and education teaches that the Nazi victory saved the world from "Jewish-Bolshevik decadence."

In 1945, the Nazis launched "Operation Sonnenfinsternis" (Solar Eclipse), a premature atomic bombing of London and Washington using improved V-3 rockets. This forced the unconditional surrender of the Allies.
