The State of Terra is the world’s only sovereign state, replacing all former nations after the Global Unification of 1962. While historical countries continue to exist as administrative provinces, they possess no sovereignty of their own. Each province is governed by a Provincial Leader, appointed directly by the Supreme Emperor and responsible for enforcing the authority of the central government.

The capital of Terra is Rome, which serves as the political, military, economic, and cultural center of the planet. The six official languages are English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, and Latin. The official anthem of the State is “Ode to Joy” (An die Freude), representing the unity and common destiny of humanity under one global state.

Terra combines a free-market capitalist economy with an authoritarian, fascist, and strongly Eurocentric political system. Private property and multinational corporations remain the foundation of the global economy, while the world’s largest companies form the Economic Elite, an exclusive group that advises the government on finance, industry, technology, energy, transportation, and global trade.

Society is organized around discipline, hierarchy, patriotism, and service to the State. The government maintains control through propaganda, censorship, surveillance, and a powerful security apparatus. Political pluralism, independent elections, and organized opposition are prohibited.

The official religion of the State is Catholicism. The Pope is recognized as the spiritual leader of Terra and a member of the Global Political Life, holding a privileged position alongside the political, military, and economic leadership.

Terra presents itself as a unified, prosperous, and technologically advanced civilization, but internal rivalries, corruption, and hidden conflicts continue beneath the surface.

The Eternal Dominion is an ancient and highly organized secret society founded in 1701 by the House of Valdenburg, an Austrian aristocratic dynasty. It was created by Leopold of Valdenburg, Duke of Innsbruck, with the original purpose of influencing the War of the Spanish Succession in favor of Archduke Charles of Austria of the House of Habsburg.

From its creation, the Dominion operated as a sophisticated network of nobles, diplomats, financiers, military figures, scholars, and political advisors. Structured through a strict hierarchy of ranks and councils, the organization specialized in intelligence gathering, strategic planning, and long-term political influence.

After the Bourbon victory in Spain, the Eternal Dominion survived and adapted to the new European order. Rather than seeking direct rule, it worked from the shadows by influencing governments, supporting selected leaders, financing political movements, and shaping economic institutions. Over the centuries, the society became involved in major historical events, sometimes encouraging conflicts, diplomatic crises, and political transitions to advance its objectives.

The Dominion maintained connections with powerful families, monarchs, industrialists, and government officials, occasionally placing members or allies in positions of authority. Its influence expanded from Europe to the entire world, creating a vast network capable of affecting politics, finance, and society.

Within the mythology of the State of Terra, the Eternal Dominion is considered the original organization behind later secret societies such as the Bavarian Illuminati and various branches of Freemasonry, using them as extensions of its influence.

After centuries of preparation, the Dominion achieved its ultimate objective in 1962: the Global Unification and the creation of the State of Terra.

The Global Unification of 1962 was the most significant political event in human history, marking the end of independent nations and the creation of the State of Terra.

By the early 1960s, the Eternal Dominion had spent centuries expanding its influence through political, financial, military, and diplomatic networks. Within the official history of Terra, the organization had already gained control or decisive influence over approximately 90% of Western governments, placing loyal figures and allies in key positions across politics, industry, and the military.

After generations of preparation, the Dominion activated its global network. Through coordinated operations, political pressure, intelligence campaigns, and alliances with powerful institutions, it brought the world’s major governments under a single authority.

The event, known among loyalists of the State as “The Revelation”, transformed the old world order. Existing nations were dissolved or reorganized into administrative provinces, while leaders who accepted the new system were integrated into the hierarchy of Terra. Those who resisted were removed from power and replaced by officials loyal to the new order.

The world’s largest corporations were incorporated into the new structure as the Economic Elite, while national armed forces were unified into the military forces of Terra. A single currency, legal framework, and central administration were established, permanently changing the course of human civilization.

With Rome as its capital, the State of Terra emerged as the first global government in history, beginning a new era of centralized power, technological advancement, and worldwide unity.

Maximilian of Valdenburg, aged 70, is the Supreme Emperor of the State of Terra and the highest political, military, and executive authority on Earth. As head of the House of Valdenburg and successor to centuries of planning by the Eternal Dominion, he is regarded as the architect of Terra’s modern era.

Born into one of Europe’s oldest aristocratic dynasties, Maximilian was educated in politics, economics, military strategy, law, and diplomacy from an early age. Before assuming leadership, he served within the upper ranks of the Eternal Dominion, earning a reputation as a disciplined strategist and accomplished statesman.

Under his rule, Terra has continued to expand its economy, strengthen its armed forces, and centralize its administration. He advocates a free-market capitalist economy combined with a fascist, authoritarian, and strongly Eurocentric political system, arguing that order, discipline, and centralized leadership are essential for global stability.

His authority extends over every institution of the State. He appoints all Provincial Leaders, senior military commanders, members of the Economic Elite, and the highest officials of the central government. His image is omnipresent throughout Terra, portrayed as the guardian of unity, prosperity, and civilization.

Maximilian has two children: Crown Prince Karl of Valdenburg, aged 29, heir to the leadership of Terra, and Princess Erika of Valdenburg, aged 25, one of the most recognizable figures of the ruling elite. Both are actively involved in public life and are widely regarded as symbols of the future of the House of Valdenburg.

His official Titles are “Imperator Summus” (Supreme Emperor), Secretary-General of the Eternal Dominion, Head of State, Head of Government, and Commander-in-Chief of Terra’s Armed Forces.

To his supporters, Maximilian is the visionary who secured humanity’s unity after The Revelation. To his critics, he is the symbol of an all-powerful regime built upon absolute control.

The economy of the State of Terra is based on free-market capitalism, with private enterprise, Stock Markets, competition, and international trade serving as the foundation of economic growth. While the government generally avoids direct intervention in business operations, it establishes long-term strategic objectives and works closely with the private sector.

The world’s largest corporations remain the same as in the pre-Unification era. Companies such as major banks, manufacturers, technology firms, energy companies, transportation groups, and consumer brands continue to operate globally. Together, their executives form the Economic Elite, an exclusive council of corporate leaders that advises the Supreme Emperor and the Bank of Terra on economic policy, industrial development, finance, infrastructure, technology, energy, transportation, and international commerce.

A single global currency, the “Dominus” (Đ), is used throughout the world, creating a fully integrated market with no internal borders or customs barriers. Capital, goods, services, and labor move freely across all provinces.

Although Terra embraces free-market capitalism, the State guarantees universal public healthcare and maintains a public social security system, providing pensions, unemployment benefits, and essential welfare services for its citizens.

In accordance with the regime’s official Eurocentric ideology, access to certain public services and administrative procedures follows a legal order of priority. Europeans receive the highest priority, followed by White Americans, East Asians, Arabs, and Indigenous Americans, while Black populations receive the lowest priority. The government presents this policy as serving the interests of the State, although it remains one of the most controversial aspects of Terra’s administration.

Private enterprise enjoys considerable freedom, provided it remains loyal to the State and contributes to Terra’s long-term economic and strategic objectives.

As the State of Terra encompasses the entire planet, its population is exceptionally diverse, bringing together countless ethnicities, languages, cultures, and historical traditions from every continent. Although the former nations continue to exist as administrative provinces, all citizens are legally members of a single global society under one government.

Despite this diversity, the central government actively promotes the European cultural model as the common identity of Terra. Through education, public institutions, the media, and cultural policy, European traditions, values, history, architecture, and customs are presented as the foundation of global civilization and encouraged throughout the world.

Catholicism is the official religion of the State and plays a central role in public life. Religious holidays, ceremonies, and state events follow the Catholic calendar, while the Pope, as a member of the Global Elite, holds a unique position as Terra’s highest religious authority. Other religions are permitted but remain subject to government regulation.

Citizens are expected to demonstrate loyalty, discipline, civic duty, and respect for the institutions of the State. Public education emphasizes unity, patriotism, military service, and devotion to the Supreme Leader, while propaganda reinforces the ideal of a single civilization united under the banner of Terra.

The State of Terra is a one-party state governed exclusively by the Eternal Dominion, which was formally transformed from a secret society into the world’s sole legal political party following the Global Unification of 1962. The Supreme Leader, whose official title is “Imperator Summus” (Supreme Emperor), serves simultaneously as Secretary-General of the Eternal Dominion, Head of State, Head of Government, and Commander-in-Chief of Terra’s Armed Forces. Maximilian’s form of address is “Imperial Majesty”.

The State rejects political pluralism entirely. All democratic political ideologies, whether originating from the political left or right, are outlawed as threats to national unity. The formation of political parties, opposition movements, or independent political organizations is strictly prohibited. According to Terra’s criminal code, organized attempts to challenge the constitutional order are treated as crimes against the State and may carry the most severe penalties.

There is no separation of powers within Terra. Executive, legislative, and judicial authority are ultimately vested in the Imperator Summus and exercised through the institutions of the Eternal Dominion. National laws are enacted through Supreme Decrees, which take immediate legal effect throughout all provinces.

Law enforcement is carried out by the Global Security Legion (GSL), the State’s police force. It is responsible for maintaining public order and arresting those accused of both ordinary crimes and political crimes.

The judiciary is completely loyal to the regime. Judges are appointed by the central government and are expected to uphold the authority of the State above all else.

Official propaganda presents Terra’s political system as the guarantor of global unity, stability, and order.

The media of the State of Terra is centrally regulated by the government to ensure that all information aligns with the interests of the State. Newspapers, television networks, radio stations, and publishing companies are permitted to operate only under licenses granted by the central government.

While private media companies exist, all news, political reporting, and public broadcasting are subject to strict censorship and oversight. Content considered harmful to national unity, public order, or the authority of the Eternal Dominion is prohibited.

The government operates the Terran State Broadcasting Service (TSBS), the official public broadcaster, alongside numerous state information agencies. These institutions promote government policy, broadcast official announcements, and reinforce the values of unity, patriotism, European culture, and loyalty to the Imperator Summus.

Foreign entertainment, films, music, and literature are widely available, provided they comply with state regulations and censorship laws. Independent journalism and opposition media do not exist within Terra.

Daily Life

Daily life in the State of Terra is generally orderly, modern, and highly regulated. Most citizens have access to universal public healthcare, public education, social security, and a free-market economy supported by the world’s leading corporations.

Living standards vary significantly between continents. Europe enjoys the highest levels of prosperity, infrastructure, and public services, making it the wealthiest region of Terra. North America also maintains a very high standard of living, although slightly below Europe. East Asia is similarly prosperous, with advanced industries and modern cities, but generally ranks behind North America.

In Oceania, living conditions are more uneven, with affluent urban centers coexisting alongside less-developed regions. By contrast, much of South America and Africa experiences widespread poverty, limited infrastructure, and lower access to economic opportunities compared with the world’s leading regions.

Citizens enjoy freedom to choose their profession or career, provided they meet the necessary qualifications. However, individuals with criminal records are generally barred from employment in government institutions, the military, law enforcement, and other public offices, limiting most of their career opportunities to the private sector.

Work, discipline, and loyalty to the State are regarded as fundamental civic values. Military service, national celebrations, and public ceremonies play an important role in everyday life, while schools and universities emphasize patriotism, European culture, and civic duty.

Although most provinces are stable, surveillance, censorship, and political repression are commonplace in regions considered more prone to anti-government activity, such as Moscow and Havana.

Despite regional differences, all citizens live under the same legal system, currency, and central government, reinforcing a shared Worldwide identity.

The Global Bureau of Intelligence (GBI) is the principal intelligence agency of the State of Terra, responsible for protecting the security, stability, and continuity of the global government. As Terra is governed as a single unified state, the GBI operates across every province without jurisdictional limitations, making it the largest and most powerful intelligence organization in the world.

Headquartered in Rome, the GBI reports directly to the Imperator Summus and the leadership of the Eternal Dominion. Its personnel are recruited from the military, universities, law enforcement, and intelligence services, receiving advanced training in espionage, counterintelligence, cyber warfare, surveillance, psychological operations, and covert missions.

The agency’s primary mission is to identify, monitor, and neutralize individuals or organizations suspected of rebellion, separatism, political extremism, espionage, terrorism, or any activity considered a threat to the unity of Terra. Through a vast global network of informants, undercover operatives, satellite surveillance, electronic interception systems, and advanced intelligence databases, the GBI maintains constant oversight of potential dissident movements across every continent.

Because there are no sovereign nations within Terra, the GBI also functions as the regime’s internal security service, investigating provincial governments, senior officials, military officers, and influential citizens for signs of corruption, disloyalty, or anti-government activity. Intelligence gathered by the agency frequently serves as the basis for arrests carried out by the Global Security Legion (GSL).

Officially, the GBI exists to safeguard national security and combat terrorism. However, its internal operations remain highly classified, making it one of the regime’s key institutions for preserving the authority of the Eternal Dominion.
