Kirlia

Kirlia is a dancing Pokémon that can stand on its tiptoes without falling (much like a ballet dancer). Resembling a young girl, it has white skin that gently opens into a small skirt. Beneath that skin, a green one covers Kirlia's legs. Unlike its pre-evolution, Ralts, Kirlia's green hair, which reaches just below its shoulders, doesn't obscure its red eyes as much. The position of its horns has also changed.

The large red horns on Kirlia's head serve to amplify its powerful psychokinetic energy. Furthermore, thanks to this energy, Kirlia can create mirages that confuse opponents in combat. It has a highly developed brain. It is said that if Kirlia is exposed to the positive emotions of its trainer, it becomes more beautiful.
