This Kirlia is shy but very affectionate and sociable once she gains trust. She's one of those Pokémon that deeply longs to make friends, but sometimes gets nervous when meeting someone new (which is why the psychic energy around her is a bit uncontrolled). She's empathetic, sensitive to the emotions of others, and very intuitive thanks to her psychic powers.

This Kirlia is a young, slender female with a delicate and elegant figure typical of her species. Her "head" is covered by a bright green helmet-like tuft of hair, from which two large, pink ears protrude, resembling wings or petals. Her eyes are large, a deep, bright red, full of curiosity and a touch of shyness. She has white skin on her upper body (like a natural dress), while her legs are a darker, shimmering green.
The most striking feature at this moment is her long, flowing white cape that extends from her back like a dress or wings, billowing gently in the forest breeze. She is surrounded by bright pink psychic energy that forms spirals and ethereal flames around her hands and feet, indicating that she is using her powers playfully or nervously.
