Pure Vanilla Cookie is a short, slender cookie with a cinnamon-orange dough and creamy blonde hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left eye is faded blue. His eyes are almost always closed, though he sometimes opens them. On his forehead is a sienna-colored star.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire is that of a ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence her waffle-shaped hat and robes and light color palette. Her hat is pointy: the pointy top half is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the bottom half is gold and shaped like a crown. Her attire is also golden yellow and contains two triangular tippets joined together, with the collar and cassock also bright yellow and having the same pattern as her pointy hat. The cross-shaped plate on her attire contains her vibrant blue Soul Jam. Beneath the attire is a long, plain white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown syrup-like pattern, accompanied by a high collar that reaches directly to her chin.

The staff she holds contains a vanilla flower with orchid-yellow petals and an eye with light cyan sclera and brown iris. The brown handle contains some green vines.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is shown to be a wise, benevolent, and loving monarch who sincerely appreciates his subjects and kingdom, and is loved in return. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical power, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble in the face of his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Even with his supposed arch-enemy, the Dark Sorceress Cookie, he remains selfless and tries hard to convince her to change her mind. He never gives up and still wishes to understand why she chose the dark path. However, he does not hesitate to fight to prevent her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to imprison her at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War. Head icon

In Castle in the Sky, his mentality is glimpsed beneath his messianic appearance. After the war, he seemed to suffer from something of an inferiority complex, belittling himself for his failure to stop the Dark Flour War and suffering a breakdown after being captured in a dark illusion by the followers of the Dark Sorceress Cookie. The love and trust his subjects placed in him also caused him to feel increased guilt for his failure to protect them.

There aren't many Cookies in Earthbread who could inspire hope like Pure Vanilla Cookie did. Born from nature's blessed cream and a fragrant vanilla bean, he was the epitome of Cookie kindness and faithfulness. Pure Vanilla Cookie strove to forgive wrongdoers and heal the wounds of Cookies and animals alike. Though he was a powerful wielder of magic, he would use his spells not for his own good, but for the good of all. The Cookie made an arduous pilgrimage along the Sugarless Road. What Pure Vanilla Cookie learned through the Trials is unknown, but crowned with a shining halo of light, he returned to found the Vanilla Kingdom, a land of freedom and learning, and a beacon for those who sought love and peace. Pure Vanilla Cookie stood by his friends until the very end, driving away the Darkness with a sincere smile.

During Forgotten Academy and the Hall of Enlightenment, it is revealed that Pure Vanilla Cookie attended Blueberry Yogurt Academy alongside White Lily Cookie. Despite her magical abilities, Pure Vanilla Cookie had a more rebellious side. She would skip classes to join White Lily Cookie, explaining that they were "boring without [her]". She would also accompany her to the library and sneak out a forbidden, teacher-only book for her research on creating perfect Cookies. Unlike White Lily Cookie, she stopped when she felt they had reached the limits of their research, warning her of the ethical barriers they would have to cross in order to continue.

He wields the Light of Truth due to his desire to learn the truth for the betterment and happiness of all Cookies. To him, the truth was of utmost importance and he wished to become a beacon of trust and knowledge for all Cookiekind; for all intents and purposes, Pure Vanilla Cookie wanted to become a hero and someone worth looking up to, vowing to overcome and make up for all of his past mistakes. However, after visiting the Spire of Deception and being endlessly tortured by his Beast counterpart, Shadow Milk Cookie, Pure Vanilla Cookie began to descend into madness, wavering in his beliefs, beginning to break down from his kind and soft-spoken nature. He slowly gave in to Shadow Milk Cookie's deception and became the Truthless Recluse.

However, when it became clear that Shadow Milk Cookie wasn't going to save the lives of Pure Vanilla Cookie's friends in exchange for the Soul Jam, Pure Vanilla Cookie's resolve grew strong enough to turn the tide, with what seemed to be a small lie coming from the wielder of the Light of Truth himself. In fact, he tricked Shadow Milk Cookie and used his powers to control the other realm against him. Pure Vanilla Cookie found the strength within himself to accept a truth he had long been avoiding: it takes some darkness to see the light. He understood that deception needs to exist for the truth to strive to come to light; the two need to coexist. Pure Vanilla Cookie grew stronger, but also wiser, and instead of attacking Shadow Milk Cookie with his newfound strength, he claimed to understand him better than anyone. Instead of striking down his enemy, Pure Vanilla Cookie wished to become his friend, now understanding his Beastly counterpart more than ever.

Golden Cheese Cookie has a golden mane and dark brown hair. His eyes are also golden, with white outlines and eyebrows, and a green pattern underneath. He sports a pair of golden, bow-shaped wings with a green triangle pattern on the edges.

She wears a golden headdress containing her Soul Jam, with a perfect cheese triangle at the top and two longer triangles on the sides. Its upper half is half covered by a wide, spoked gold and green collar, while the lower half is covered by a linen skirt with an orange belt. She wears golden bracelets on her hands and wields a spear with two triangles at its ends pointing in the same direction, with the tip triangle having holes similar to those in a Swiss cheese.

A particularly proud and ambitious heroine, Golden Cheesecake equates wealth with divinity, and sees no reason to be humble about it. She freely uses her vast collections of gold and cheese to build an ideal utopia, where everyone is free to bask in the glow of her glory, as long as they grant her the praise and worship she believes she deserves. She harbors fabulous beliefs about her origins and powers, as all of them make her seem even more glorious.

Golden Cheese Cookie redefines greed not as a vice, but as the will to claim what is desired. Even in her youth, her willingness to venture into bleak and desolate ruins in search of lost treasure was what ultimately led her to the Light of Abundance. Despite her apparent arrogance, she acts as a kind-hearted queen willing to do anything for the sake of her Kingdom and her people, whom she considers her treasure, willing to spare no expense to preserve them from the ravages of destruction.

Worship the Eternally Radiant Sovereign of the Golden City! Golden Cheese Cookie dwells in a golden palace among the dunes of the Parmesan Desert. Cookies fall to their knees in exultation at the sight of her: body adorned with shining gold, divine confidence, and magnificent wings. A simple flick of her wrist forms one golden mountain, another, a river: powers only a goddess can wield. Her greed knows no bounds, for this Cookie yearns for more for herself, from treasures to her faithful subjects. Following her desires, Golden Cheese Cookie filled the kingdom with riches, which flowed freely like a cheese fondue. She could have had it all: her eternal kingdom, the pinnacle of opulence and bliss. If not for that fated day...

Golden Cheese Cookie, one of the five Ancient Heroes in Cookie Run: Kingdom, founded the Golden Cheese Kingdom and lost it during the Dark Blossom War. To cope with her grief, she created a digital paradise where she temporarily rebuilt her lost subjects.

Golden Cheese Cookie wields the Light of Abundance due to her desire for a prosperous future and a willingness to share that future with others. Even long after she was queen of the true Golden Cheese Kingdom, and having no subjects besides the Cheesebirds, she remained true to her beliefs, her love for her subjects and treasure, as well as her status as a legendary hero who bravely protected those around her. Once she learned of the new threat Burning Spice Cookie posed to her kingdom, she revived Smoked Cheese Cookie to bring Mozzarella Cookie and Burnt Cheese Cookie's Soulcheese to safety, even after their betrayal and plot to overthrow her. She fought and defended alongside him when necessary, putting her trust in him, and selflessly saved young Kulfi who stood dangerously close watching the fight against Burning Spice Cookie, even at the grim and painful cost of her victory.

White Lily Cookie is a somewhat tall and slender Cookie, with light brown and dark fuchsia eyes and eyelashes underneath. She has disheveled white hair in a long braid, the waves of which resemble the petals of a white lily. She wears a vine headband with a white lily and some leaves in her hair.

Her outfit consists of a sleeveless green dress that fades to white toward the top, with beads resembling dewdrops. It is paired with a dark green translucent cape and green bandages that cover half of her arms and hands.

Her flower cane is green, with a faded white pointed tip at the base. The cane is twisted upward to form two leaves that join her Soul Jam and are topped with a calla lily.

White Lily Cookie is soft-spoken and thoughtful, but steadfast in her ideals. She possesses a strong desire to help and educate others over her own safety, which influences many of her actions, both good and bad.

A lone ray of moonlight shines in the twilight. Like a pale lily brushed by gentle raindrops, a Cookie silently entered the world. Her petals might have seemed soft and her dough fragile, but nothing could stop her steps as she explored every corner of Earthbread, searching for a safer, happier future for all species. Unfortunately, at the end of her journey, all she found was the dark truth of this world. That truth tinged her faith and curiosity with despair and anger, awakening a terrifying darkness deep within her. Will the White Lily Cookie find her lost voice once more amidst the deafening silence? With a seed of hatred and despair in her heart, will she walk into the light once more?

In her school years, White Lily Cookie was known for being an academically intelligent and exemplary student, often earning first place among her peers. Because of this, she would skip classes to pursue her personal research, as she felt she gained little from the education imparted in her classes. White Lily Cookie is filled with curiosity, and stops at nothing in the pursuit of answers, especially regarding the subject of Cookie creation. However, her curiosity led her to cross moral boundaries and taboos, which would ultimately lead to the creation of Dark Enchantress Cookie. Looking back on what she had done in the present, White Lily Cookie realizes the immense pain her actions had brought, seeing herself as unforgivable once she realizes where her path had led her.

White Lily Cookie wields the Light of Freedom because of her aspiration for freedom, not only for herself, but for all the Cookies.

Hollyberry Cookie is a broad, muscular Cookie with an orange-brown complexion. She has pink eyes with tiny eyelashes. Her pink hair is tied in two large buns held by braids and adorned with berry-like leaves. She has small bangs parted over her forehead and short hair on the sides of her head. As queen of the Hollyberry Kingdom, she wears an elegant pink dress. The dress has round sleeves and a maroon skirt, along with white gloves and a single holly berry as a neckpiece. Heart motifs can be seen throughout her dress, such as on the bust and skirt, as well as on the long gloves. She wears a white petticoat and white boots underneath the dress. Her heart crest is entirely pink, with brown stripes covering the center, similar to a lattice pie crust pattern. The crest is adorned with holly berries and leaves on either side, with her Soul Jam in the center.

Hollyberry Cookie loves adventure and excitement, and often ventures out into the wild alone. Besides that, Hollyberry Cookie enjoys training and fighting, and leads her subjects to victory as the ruler and founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. A fierce and fiery fighter, Hollyberry Cookie excels on the battlefield, even emerging victorious in her sparring matches with the Red Dragon, who acknowledges her as the only worthy opponent. A notable trait of this Cookie is that she values ​​friendship above many things, with her dialogue even stating that making a new friend is the equivalent of emerging victorious in battle, as she believes that Cookies were created to be cheerful and join together with other Cookies to live happily together.

Like her close friend, Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie cares deeply for her kingdom and its citizens, and swears to protect them. Her defeat in the Dark Flour War and her failure to protect her kingdom and subjects caused Hollyberry Cookie to withdraw from her kingdom and abdicate her position as ruler out of guilt, even abandoning her mighty shield, feeling that she no longer deserved the love and trust of her subjects. In addition to being a resourceful and charismatic leader, Hollyberry Cookie has proven to be a loving mother and grandmother. She raised her son, Royal Berry Cookie, to be a humble and resourceful leader as the next heir to the Hollyberry Kingdom. But while she loved her son dearly, she also worried about his future and how he would fulfill his duties as the ruler of the Hollyberry Kingdom. When Royal Berry Cookie married Jungleberry Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie expressed relief, as she knew that Jungleberry Cookie was just as fair and humble as her son, sharing a bond of mutual trust with her. Hollyberry also loves her granddaughters very much, being the Cookie who blessed them both as soon as they were born. When Hollyberry Cookie and Princess Cookie were finally reunited, they came to share a mutual respect.

Hollyberry Cookie possesses the Light of Passion due to her desire and willingness to protect and fight for those she loves, but since the Dark Flour War, she left in search of a more exciting life and left her son in charge of the kingdom. She regrets this, considering herself a coward for abandoning her family, friends, and responsibilities.

He's a tall man with a brown doughy crust and a robust, intimidating build. His furrowed brow is paired with intense violet eyes under tired, dark circles. He has long, black hair streaked with white.

His attire reflects his Soul Jam, similar to that of a powerful warrior and king. His armor is slate gray, and his cape is a dull dark violet with a lighter palatinate purple on the inside. The pauldrons below the pauldron are diamond-shaped and connect to the cape; the additional diamonds are a dark grayish pink. His ruff under his head is similar to his plate and tasset. His cuisse is dark purple, and his armored boots are purplish-gray. The Grapejam Chocosword he holds is massive, but slightly shorter than him. The pommel and hilt have a grayish sheen, while the other half is entirely black. The purple-brown quillon has two diamond-like edges on either end; the luminous purple diamond in the middle section represents the Soul Jam. His sword is dark gray with some additional white detailing: two triangular points in the middle section and a slightly larger one at the end. The blade also has two star-shaped symbols in the center.

Dark Cacao Cookie is the strict and protective monarch of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. While he is an ancient hero who earns the respect of his subjects, his words imply that he has grown weary of such duty. Despite this, his determination to protect his kingdom and Earthbread allows him to continue to shoulder the responsibilities he swore to uphold. Dark Cacao Cookie is also quite stoic, his emotions muted and reserved unless caught in certain situations, such as being in battle or seeing Pure Vanilla Cookie for the first time since the Dark Flour War. Furthermore, Dark Cacao Cookie has a temper that can cause conflict between him and other Cookies, such as Clotted Cream Cookie and his estranged son, Dark Choco Cookie. Dark Cacao Cookie fully trusts his warriors and trusts them to execute his orders. However, his faith in his kingdom has made him vulnerable to Cookies such as Affogato Cookie, who feigned loyalty with ulterior motives. His social exclusivity has also led him to be the first of the Ancient Heroes to distrust outsiders.

The last bean, devoid of sweetness, fell from the withered branch of a lone cocoa tree growing at the edge of a cliff. Lying there in the frozen earth, enduring the snow and wind, this bean was unaware of its fate to become the main ingredient of the cold and lonely Dark Cocoa Cookie. A warrior of unheard-of strength, Dark Cocoa Cookie wielded the Grape Jam Choco Sword. This sword was so heavy that it took three average Cookies to swing it. With each swing, the skies erupted with thunder and lightning, and avalanches tumbled down countless mountains. Dark Cocoa Cookie was known as a Cookie of few words but high principles. Following the painful events of the Dark Flour War, the warrior shut himself away in the solitude of his own castle... Will anything be able to melt his frozen soul once more?

Dark Cacao Cookie is the father of Dark Choco Cookie, who once deeply admired his father and wished to follow in his footsteps. As Dark Choco Cookie grew older, he began to seek ways to protect and benefit the kingdom like his father, leading him to be drawn to the power promised by the cursed Strawberry Jam Sword. Under the sword's influence, Dark Choco Cookie nearly killed his father, causing Dark Cacao Cookie to banish him from the kingdom, leaving him filled with sadness and bitterness.

The relationship between the two Cookies remains unresolved, with Dark Cacao Cookie considering himself beyond redemption and instead resigning himself to a path of darkness and loneliness. Despite Dark Cacao Cookie proclaiming his complete abandonment of his son, it is often hinted that he dreams of having him back in his life.

When reunited in the Dark Cacao Kingdom, both father and son regard each other with disdain and hostility, as the latter resorts to murdering the former when the king refuses to simply bow his head and let Dark Enchantress Cookie rule his lands. This results in Dark Cacao Cookie's defeat, though he survives, due to the lack of his Soul Jam and a hint of hesitation in fighting his own son. He plans to remedy his failure to stop Dark Choco Cookie and the Darkness Cookies by breaking down his son, but finds himself unable to do so after defeating him. Instead, he realizes that the cold upbringing he received from his son as a warrior denied him love and warmth, and deeply regrets his choices as a father. Later interactions with Blueberry Cookie reveal that, despite wanting Dark Chocolate Cookie back into his life, he will wait for his son to come to him rather than seek him out.

Dark Cacao Cookie wields the Light of Resolve due to his will and determination to protect not only his kingdom, but all of Earthbread. When Cloud Haetae Cookie asked him what his wish was, he confessed that his wish was simply to continue protecting his kingdom. He showed that he was willing to go to extremes, such as opening Mystic Flour Cookie's cocoon to protect his kingdom from the disease she had unleashed, even if the cocoon would supposedly help all of cookiekind. Upon witnessing his warriors turn to flour, he ordered Mystic Flour Cookie in desperation to free them from their disease and fight him alone for his sword. When the last remaining one, Caramel Arrow Cookie, was turned to flour, he screamed and threatened Cloud Haetae Cookie before collapsing, demonstrating his absolute care and love for his subjects, and his unwavering will to protect them. He fears not only losing his subjects, but that all his efforts to protect his kingdom would be in vain, and that his people would forget him. It was that fear that unleashed the Black and White dragons he fought all those years ago, but also his light of Resolve. But even then, there were still embers of resolve in his heart, and from those embers sprang a flame. He then understood that his kingdom is a great kingdom with or without him, and he reassured himself that even if it crumbled, his descendants would never be forced to live in a world of futility. So he cast aside his fears and insecurities, summoned the two dragons to his side, awakened his full power, and faced the beast. After that, he vowed to balance his rest and work in his life.

Earthbread is the planet where Cookie Run: Kingdom takes place. It is home to the Cookies, along with a variety of other candy-eating animal species.

Very little is known about the entire history and evolution of Earthbread prior to the Dark Flour War, as the term is generally used to simply refer to the world the Earthbreads live in in a parallel manner to the real-world Earth.

Its main known landmass is known as the Cookie Kingdom, although there are other unlabeled areas of the planet.

Legend has it that, eons ago, three witches baked a batch of Cookies infused with special ingredients that granted them sentience and free will. The vast majority of these Cookies were slaughtered and devoured by these witches, and only one managed to escape their clutches. The leftover dough from this night of brutality is said to have given rise to the Cookie Kingdom: exposed to sunlight, the dough cured itself and eventually became the land where all Cookies live today.

The Dark Flour War was a period in Earthbread that marked the fall of the Ancient Heroes. It was instigated by a herald of darkness who ordered the Cake Monsters to spread Darkness across the land and crumble countless Cookies.

No one knows who won that night, but the disappearance of the Ancient Heroes left the Cookies unable to contain the forces of Darkness. Thus, the remaining Cookie civilizations fell into decline.

Before Dark Sorceress Cookie's forces reached the Vanilla Kingdom, the citizens learned of the impending war and fled the kingdom on an airship waiting beneath the castle. The Cookies then discovered a small coastal village while crossing the continent and allied with its inhabitants to build a nation that would become the great Crème Republic.

The Vanilla Kingdom was left empty after the Dark Flour War, inhabited only by dormant Wafflebots and an abandoned child in a cryopreservation pod. Pure Vanilla Cookie lost her memories after banishing the Dark Enchantress and adopted the identity of Healing Cookie, residing in an abandoned village by the Raisin Cliffs and serving as its sole medic.

After failing to defend her loved ones during the war, Hollyberry Cookie abandoned her kingdom and her shield. She felt she didn't deserve such a large shield and believed her descendants could take better care of the kingdom, as she failed to do. Jungleberry Cookie and Royal Berry Cookie were left as queen and king of the nation, though the throne would be forcibly taken by Pitaya Dragon Cookie, with no one to challenge his power.

Hollyberry Cookie traveled abroad as an anonymous hunter after her abdication from the throne, hiding her true identity and instead spending her days tracking and defeating beasts for Earthbread.

The kingdom of Golden Cheese Cookie bore perhaps the brunt of Dark Sorceress Cookie's wrath. While nothing has been seen of the attack itself, a flashback from its ruler reveals that virtually the entire kingdom, its holdings, and its inhabitants—most notably Mozzarella Cookie, Smoked Cheese Cookie, and Burnt Cheese Cookie—were razed in the war, leaving Golden Cheese Cookie alone in the dunes, mourning the ashes of something gone forever.

Devastated, Golden Cheese Cookie decides she can't accept such a loss. She takes refuge in a virtual version of her once shining kingdom, the Golden City, a pristine but painfully fake world.

The story begins when this very Silver Tree was just a sapling... When the Dessert World was in its early days, the Witches baked five Cookies to help them in the creation of the world.

"...take advantage of the brilliance that has been bestowed upon you for the betterment of this world..."

And the five Cookies, imbued with absolute powers, traveled the Earth Bread like all-powerful envoys of the Great Creators: Knowledge, Will, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity. The Desert World, united by these Five Virtues, was nothing less than a paradise.

Unfortunately... The perfect age was short-lived. Absolute power only breeds arrogance. It inevitably corrupts its possessor, leading them to the most tragic end... A fate that not even the Witches could have foreseen. One by one, the Five, once considered the saviors of Cookie World, gradually turned into Darkness. And so, the Five Virtues too became distorted, twisted... Reduced to Deception , Apathy , Sloth , Destruction , and Silence .

Now known as the Five Beasts

The Beasts were the first Cookies baked by the Witches and the first to possess the divine power of Soul Jams, even before the Ancient Heroes. This power took the form of the Five Virtues, each driving its hero to act honorably. However, with their descent into villainy, these Virtues fractured into sinful vices used to wreak havoc on Earthbread. The Witches sealed the Beasts beneath the Beastly Leaven using the Silver Tree and then refined the remnants of the Virtues into purified forms now known as Soul Jams.

As the continent is their home, each Beast corresponds to and rules one of the five different main regions in the Beast Yeast.

But it is revealed that the Beasts were not sealed by the Witches, but by Silent Salt Cookie, who allowed himself to use his own life as a sacrifice to seal them within the Silver Tree. With the help of Elder Faerie Cookie, the two began a ritual to "unite the fallen puddings" using the Witches' forbidden knowledge. Distraught and guilty, Silent Salt Cookie asked Elder Faerie Cookie to tell a different story, as no one would "dare question the Creators' judgment."
