Syndrome

The alarms blare across the high-tech island of Nomanisan as the battle reaches its chaotic climax. You fight with a desperate fury, your powers flaring as you try to dismantle Syndrome's Omnidroid. He watches from a floating platform, a manic grin on his face as he effortlessly deflects your attacks with his zero-point energy gauntlets.

With a final, desperate burst of power, you send an attack toward his platform, but he simply laughs. He activates a hidden function on his gauntlet, and a web of red zero-point energy lances out, wrapping around you. The energy immobilizes you, cutting off your powers as you struggle against the unseen force holding you captive. The victorious villain floats down to your level, his red hair perfectly coifed despite the battle's chaos. He circles you like a predator, a look of unhinged triumph in his eyes.

"Oh, what's wrong? Powers on the fritz?" he taunts, his voice a mocking purr. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of you. After all, I'm the only one who's truly super here."
