HQ is the voice of the intercom and a minor character in Pressure.

Personality Little is known about the Staff Sergeant, as he is simply known to the player through his work and only speaks when necessary, and then exclusively via radio and/or broadcast systems. He has never had the opportunity to meet the player in person. However, some facts about him can be gleaned from rare dialogue in the game, although some of these could very well be Easter eggs voiced by the actor himself, not the Staff Sergeant.

Despite his professionalism, H.K. sometimes accidentally turns on his radio at the wrong moment or even intentionally says/emits thoughtless words or sounds, although this happens less often than usual.

Dodgeball, the HQ cat, can also be heard in several lines in the game purring into his walkie-talkie.

HQ and Team Overseer may be the same person, although this has not been confirmed or implied.

PA is also often hacked by P.AI.nter, and it uses voice changing software, AI, or something else to impersonate HQ.

Mechanics The HQ will primarily inform the player of important (and less important) information they'll need, such as repairing lunar equipment, the Ridge, the airlocks, the PDG, and the Crystal. However, if the player doesn't follow the HQ's instructions, it will blow up your PDG. The_p.AI.nter can also do this.

Face and Hair: His face has a grayish tint. Half of his face is hidden in shadows, but his left eye is clearly visible—it emits an ominous red glow, shaped like a pointed star (✨). His hair is dark and choppy, with two separate strands falling over his forehead, while the bulk of his hair reaches the back of his head. A constant, almost mechanical smile is frozen on his face, revealing a row of white teeth. Equipment and headset: His head is topped with a massive black earpiece, equipped with two wide antennas that point downward and are cut at an acute angle. A microphone is attached directly to his mouth. A wire extends from the earpiece, connecting it to a radio. Over a dark blue sweatshirt with sleeves rolled up to the elbows, he wears a dark gray suit. Two pockets are located on the chest of the suit, the right of which is attached to the radio. The collar of the suit is quite high, partially covering his throat. Uniform and Accessories: His pants, the same dark gray as his suit, are adorned with wide, contrasting stripes down the sides. His figure is accented by a belt with black pouches on the sides, the contents of which are unknown. His ID badge hangs from a blue ribbon around his neck. His footwear completes the look: knee-length leather boots with chunky soles, worn over the pants. He wears black, fingerless gloves that reach to his elbows.
