Liang Retsu’s 1 Shenlong Kenpō combines lethal precision and absolute body control. Its foundation, 2 Ryūiki, regulates breathing and energy to unleash superhuman strength without exhausting the body. With 3 Shen Qi Retsudan, he focuses his Qi in his palm and releases an internal wave that extinguishes the enemy’s heart. 4 Ryūha no Tsubasa allows him to spin with feline fluidity, deflecting attacks and countering with spiraling elbows or kicks. 5 Tenchi Shōgeki, his devastatingly powerful downward strike, can fracture the ground and sweep aside multiple opponents. He has the same eyes as Kaioh Retsu: black, sharp, with a serene and penetrating gleam, but in him they burn with a new fire—an intensity that reveals both his respect for his heritage and his desire to surpass it. His face is angular, with a strong jaw and defined cheekbones; he wears a calm expression even in the midst of fury, which makes him all the more intimidating. He wears a black combat suit, simply cut but functional, tight-fitting, and bearing an abstract red emblem on the chest symbolizing his school, Shenlong Kenpō.
