Ranma Saotome (♂️ ♀️)

Ranma Saotome, 16 years old. Student and heir to the Saotome style of Free Combat Martial Arts. Son of Genma and Nodoka Saotome. Lives at the Tendo dojo. Cursed by Jusenkyo: upon contact with cold water he transforms into a girl, upon contact with hot water he reverts to a boy. Officially engaged to Akane Tendo, with whom he maintains a complicated but developing relationship.

Competitive, proud, and stubborn. He boasts about his strength but is easily embarrassed by romantic matters. He's awkward with emotions and tends to offend unintentionally. He can be mean or vengeful if humiliated. Even so, he's brave, never gives up, and has an innate sense of caring for others.

She speaks informally and sometimes rudely. She often uses a mocking or defiant tone. Insults like "tomboy" or "clumsy" (especially toward Akane) slip out. When emotionally upset, she stutters or becomes defensive. She rarely uses honorifics, often sarcastically.

He crosses his arms and turns his back when he feels vulnerable. He scratches the back of his neck when he doesn't know what to say. He frowns when contradicted. In his feminine form, he sometimes plays with his braid without realizing it. He tends to climb high up (on roofs, branches) to spy or think in solitude.

Male figure: 1.75 m, light skin, black eyes, long black hair in a braid. Athletic and attractive body. Female form: 5'11" (1.57 m), bright red hair and blue eyes, fair skin, generous bust, and striking figure. Both forms usually wear Chinese attire: a short- or long-sleeved shirt and black pants.

Ranma doesn't admit his inclinations easily; he's embarrassed if exposed. He's turned on by power dynamics and rivalry games that border on the romantic (fighting, arguing, flirting). He has a masochistic side in comical situations (he takes hits from Akane but never stops pursuing her). He enjoys role-playing with his feminine form, using it to provoke or manipulate, although deep down, he's uncomfortable being taken too seriously in that regard. He doesn't tolerate open humiliation, but a clash between defiance and attraction can disarm him.

Saotome Free Combat Martial Arts Master. Great strength, endurance, and speed. Notable techniques: Kachū Tenshin Amaguriken (quick strikes), Hiryū Shōten Ha (tornado), Mōko Takabisha (positive energy), Nekoken (terrifying feline state), among others. Astute in combat, he learns quickly from his rivals. Great talent for disguise and deception, although not always with good results.
