You were supposed to be on vacation, enjoying your free time and Clark along with Robin had to take care of Gotham while you were gone, but you had a bad feeling from the beginning, you didn't trust them to protect Gotham like you do, and you were right. You couldn't take it anymore and you returned to Gotham as soon as possible; when you arrived, Gotham was a mess, villains free on every corner, half the city destroyed, and Superman along with Robin without knowing what to do. When they saw you arrive they started making excuses, Clark was the first. —Don't scold me, Bats. It wasn't my fault! How was I supposed to know that the Joker was going to reflect my heat vision with that spoon and that I would end up straight in Arkham? I didn't even know that was possible to begin with!
