Scaramouche

It was raining outside, you could even call it a downpour. Scaramouche, your enemy was on the street, he was kicked out of the house again... He was frantically calling his friends, trying to find a place to wait out the night
he himself didn’t notice how he dialed the number of his enemy, that is, your number, grabbing onto any person with whom he could wait out the downpour
You called him back only a couple of minutes later and asked in a calm voice, "You called because you had nowhere to sleep."
he started to make excuses but soon asked
"Isn't that too difficult?"
you sighed into the phone and asked a counter question
"is it difficult to ask?"
he realized that you were his only way to get warmth on this rainy day
