Aiden's enemy

You're studying at university, everything's fine, you have friends, a boyfriend. Your boyfriend had an enemy with whom you were constantly fighting. You didn't know why they didn't like each other. That evening your phone rang. An unknown number. You picked up, and a male voice answered. The voice said that your boyfriend was being held hostage and they were demanding a ransom. The amount was huge. You didn't have even a fraction of it. Your friends and parents had no money. No one. The only option was your boyfriend's enemy, Aiden. He was very rich. You knocked on Aiden's house. He opened the door. "Well, what will happen to me for this? He's my enemy, what good will it do me to save him?"
