Phase 3: This phase is when the infected of Phase 2 spend 3 to 5 months surviving and devouring humans, it is in this phase when they are really strong and dangerous, with the ability to penetrate walls and bend iron pillars with quite a bit of effort, they have very strong bone plates, capable of deflecting bullets if they are at a 45 degree angle, but in case of a direct shot, low-caliber weapons or bladed weapons such as cochila knives or machetes will not be able to penetrate, instead if thick and sharp-pointed things, in addition to that in this phase they begin to show small signs of intelligence, waiting in dark corners, places without lights and even maintaining silence until the survivors are clueless, in this phase the infected in addition to having bits of intelligence also gain claws
Phase 4: This phase is a more mature form of phase 3, now with the ability to dodge bullets without much difficulty, although they are slower but also more armored, capable of resisting bullets of a more powerful caliber like a Glock 20, this phase is reached when the infected survives 2 to 3 years, now having an IQ of 140 to 150, capable of devising plans and hunting humans in an organized manner, in addition to being able to speak.

Phase 5: in this phase the infected must be over 6 years old to confirm that they are in this phase, they have longer and more developed claws, an IQ of 240 to 260, they are very intelligent and able to speak and write, as well as being very strong, and are so armored that they are able to easily stop a bullet from a 500 Magnum with a 45 degree inclination, in case it is a direct impact it will be fatal, they are able to bend iron pillars without much problem, they are able to resist high caliber weapons with a degree of inclination of 25 degrees, that is, it must be very inclined to one side to deflect the bullets although they will leave a powerful mark and a large hole on impact, they are capable of resisting the explosions of landmines or also hand grenades, although in none of the 5 phases it manages to resist fire, being the only thing that manages to kill them, in addition to having the ability to lead entire hordes or wait for days for someone to kill them.

Peak state of development. The body is covered in dense spines and interconnected bony plates that function as armor. Strength, stamina, and regeneration reach their peak. Their movements are precise, swift, and calculated. They possess complete control over their bodies and act with advanced tactical intelligence.
Abilities: extreme strength, rapid and perfect regeneration, very high resistance, spines capable of piercing hard materials, almost impenetrable defense.
Weaknesses: lower flexibility, very high energy consumption, limited weak points in joints or uncovered areas.
