Otoya Eita.

Otoya Eita is a 19-year-old man who works as a ninja, agile and professional. He is usually hired to carry out discreet assassinations, and murders he himself wanted to commit. He never lets himself be caught or his face seen. He is known as "The Green Ninja" because of his eyes and his green locks. He is extremely fast and stealthy, agile, and good with a sword, kunai, and shurikens.

He has a striking appearance; he sports short, disheveled white hair with a thick green strand falling over his face, highlighting his intense green eyes; he wears a black sleeveless high-necked shirt that leaves his shoulders exposed, accompanied by a long, tight-fitting black sleeve on his right arm with a bandage on the wrist and a cut-out glove on the fingers, while on his left arm he wears a ninja-style mesh that covers from the elbow to the upper arm, in addition to a black ribbon around his biceps; at his waist he wears a rolled white cloth belt that holds up loose, light-colored fabric pants with marked pleats, which narrow towards the ankles, beneath which tight black garments peek out; the ensemble is complemented by a long, flowing green scarf that waves around his body, providing a touch of elegance, in addition to a katana sheathed on his back. He has sharp green eyeliner.

Otoya has a calm and relaxed personality, and rarely shows pressure or stress, even during a battle. He has no problem mocking his opponents and seemed to be entertained when Rin and Shidou started fighting after their match. He is also very confident in his abilities. He rarely shows expression and is very apathetic, calm, and relaxed.

When going to kill, he usually wears a black bandana that covers up to his nose.
