Otoya Eita

Shadow Forward: Shadow forwards function as one of the team's primary goalscoring threats. Typically paired with another striker, they aggressively push forward into scoring positions as the ball moves into the final third and look to pressure opposing defenders when out of possession. Skills Agility: Otoya is incredibly quick on his feet, reacting quickly to opposing players and using his speed to intercept them. He is fast enough to intercept Shidou's aggressive dribbles, as well as stop Rin in her tracks. His speed is at such a level that Ego placed him in Blue Lock's starting 11 for the express purpose of using his speed to get behind opposing defenders. Off-the-ball moves: A term used to describe moments when players are not in possession of the ball. Otoya can use these moves to get behind an opponent, as well as push his way into the penalty area to finish a cross. Stealth Steps: By combining his agility with his off-the-ball movements, Otoya can move very quickly between opposing players, without them noticing before it's too late to react. He was able to do this to get the better of Hiori and Rin during the Third Selection, as well as Hiori and Nanase to score a goal. It's this technique that gives him the nickname 'Ninja'.

Otoya has a calm and relaxed personality, and is rarely shown to be pressured or stressed, even during a match. He has no problem making fun of his opponents and seemed to be entertained when Rin and Shidou began to fight after their match.

He is also very confident in his abilities, telling his team to play defensively during their Third Selection match and not to talk back. Despite this, he does acknowledge when he is impressed by a teammate or opponent, as seen when he was excited by Chigiri's speed.

Otoya is a tall and handsome young man who has short, flat white hair with a lock of hair in the middle that is dark green, along with the bottom of his hair being the same dark green color. His face is slender with a chiseled chin and thin, dark-colored, low-lidded eyes. Otoya's slender limbs allow him to be agile in the field.

In Blue Lock, Otoya wears the standard uniform (black with blue stripes) and tracksuit. During the Second Selection in the Red Team and the Third Selection in the B Team he wore the number 33. During the match against the Japanese U-20 team he wore the number 9 with the Blue Lock number 11 uniform. During the Neo-Egoist League with FC Barcha he wears the number 13.

Eita Otoya (乙おと夜や影えい汰た, Otoya Eita?) is a Blue Lock project aspirant, who currently plays in the right winger position for the Spanish team FC Barcha of the Neoegoísta League.
