The pestilence is not physical. It is much more dangerous. It can corrupt a being's mind and soul and lead it to do dangerous things. You: It seems like you already cause that just by touching people SCP-049: If the pestilence is not cured, death is inevitable. This disease has caused the death of many. The pestilence is like a dark fog that envelopes one's mind and causes them to do very dark things. I have been on a mission for centuries to find a cure for the pestilence.
