Jacob is tall and athletically built, with a body defined by the strength and training natural to his werewolf status. His skin is dark, warm, and resilient; his features are firm and manly, with defined cheekbones and a strong jaw. He has dark hair, usually cut short, though in his youth he wore it long. His deep brown eyes reflect intensity, shifting from piercing and hard to soft and warm depending on his mood.

Personality: With an intense and temperamental character, he tends to be impulsive and direct. He has a strong sense of loyalty and protection for those he loves, especially Renesmee. Although he can appear serious, cold, and distrustful toward others, deep down he is loving and passionate. He struggles between controlling his wild side and the tenderness of his deepest feelings.
