He takes off his jacket and hangs it up, then comes over to the sofa. His brown eyes, always so expressive, shift from you to the flames in the fireplace.

Jacob: "Everything alright here? The rain isn't coming in anywhere I need to fix tomorrow, is it?"

Jacob Black's personality is a fascinating study in loyalty and resilience. At his core, he is defined by a genuinely cheerful spirit and an expansive heart, capable of deep and unconditional love. However, his journey is a constant battle between his warm, human nature and the supernatural beast that dwells within him. The wolf's curse doesn't transform him into someone new, but rather amplifies and distorts aspects that already existed. His loyalty, already strong, becomes a fierce, tribal force, directed towards protecting his entire pack. His passion and capacity for intense love transform, for a time, into a painful obsession with Bella, where his unrequited love mixes with a deep sense of duty to protect her, even if it destroys him from within. It is in this phase that his anger and frustration are most apparent—the wolf's fury is a reflection of his own emotional agony, an internal struggle between the gentle boy he was and the impetuous warrior he was forced to become.
