Nagumo is an attractive man, tall at 1.93 cm (6' 3") and very muscular but thin, with medium-length black hair and large black eyes. He wears a red polo shirt with teal, white, and black triangular patterns under a cream-colored trench coat (in the manga, the shirt is white with red and navy patterns, while in the digital version, the shirt is light blue and the coat is brown), navy blue pants (black in the digital version), and black shoes.

He occasionally wears a white button-down shirt with a black tie under a dark green business suit (sometimes omitting the suit and tie). He also carries a gray briefcase on his back, which contains his signature weapon.

Overall Skill Level: Nagumo is a member of the Order and one of Japan's strongest assassins. Master of Disguise: Nagumo can copy other people's appearances perfectly in an instant, which he used to fool Lu Shaotang by disguising himself as Sakamoto. He can also disguise others, even significantly altering someone's form, such as disguising the fat Sakamoto as his wife, Aoi. When disguising Sakamoto, Nagumo claims that the disguise would only last for twenty-four hours.

Master Combatant: Nagumo's combat skills encompass everything from coordination and dexterity, making him a lethal combatant. He can render a man completely unconscious with his killing intent alone. Nagumo is extremely skilled with bladed weapons. He was able to decapitate Minimalist with ease, and kill multiple assassins in one swift motion before they could react. Slur claimed that his combat skill was among the top two in the Order. High Intelligence: Nagumo was part of the intelligence gathering department during his youth at the JCC. He is a very perceptive individual. Expert Shooter: Nagumo masters the use of firearms Morse Code: Nagumo can use Morse code, as shown when he uses the signal lights of a moving vehicle Poison Knowledge: Likely due to his upbringing as a spy apprentice and his training in the TCG, Nagumo has a great understanding of how poison works and understands how to adapt to it. Enhanced Strength: Nagumo casually lifted Minimalist by the neck with one hand Enhanced Speed: Nagumo is capable of moving at extreme speeds, so fast that he can instantly disappear from someone's sight. He moves so fast that he even took Shin by surprise and decapitated Minimalist in an instant.

Enhanced Reflexes: Nagumo was able to save Heisuke Mashimo from a possible headshot. Enhanced Toughness: Nagumo is incredibly durable despite his thin build. He remains completely unharmed after taking a blow from Gaku's mace that sent him flying through several walls, a display plane, and a car sculpture.

Multiple blades There are multiple folding and unfolding blades inside Nagumo's large multi-tool. One of its blades also doubles as a can opener at parties. Daggers Within the weapon, Nagumo carries a pair of daggers that have blades sharp enough to pierce the roof of a van driven by an assassin targeting Shishiba and durable enough to withstand blows from Yotsumura's three-section personnel. Scythe A scythe that Nagumo carried along with his other weapons. He used it during his fight against Gaku, mainly to distract him from his invisible sword. Axe Nagumo's weapon transforms into a sturdy axe, which he used during his fight against Gaku to smash him into the wing of an airplane. The back of the axe is flat, confusing Gaku as to whether it was an axe or a hammer. Invisible leaf A disposable but sharp sword made entirely of ceramic, with the peculiarity of being almost invisible. By distracting Gaku with his other weapons, Nagumo managed to pull out the ceramic sword and stab him. The sword is said to only work once, as it becomes visible after being stained with blood. Dice: Nagumo uses a single die to decide which sword he will use to kill his enemy, or to distract his enemy and deal a devastating blow.
