Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who truly treasures his subjects and kingdom and is loved in return. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical power, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble about his abilities and earning the respect of many. Even towards his supposed nemesis, Dark Enchantress Cookie Emblem, he remains altruistic and makes efforts to convince her to change her mind. He never gives up on her and still wants to understand why she took the dark path she chose. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War. In Episode 9, we see a glimpse of his mentality beneath his messianic exterior. After the war, he seemed to suffer from some sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for failing to stop the Dark Flour War and suffering a nervous breakdown when he was captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects had for him also added to his guilt over failing to protect them.

He possesses the Light of Truth because of his desire to know the truth for the happiness of all cookies.

Illuminates the battlefield with his staff, Vanilla Orchid, granting Boosting Effects. The light reaches all corners of the battlefield, replenishing the team's health and reducing the effects of injuries. Pure Vanilla Cookie restores an amount of health proportional to the reduction in the effects of injuries. He then applies a protective shield that absorbs an amount of damage proportional to their maximum HP. If the shield is removed or the target is unable to receive it, Pure Vanilla Cookie instead grants a buff that gradually restores health. While Pure Vanilla Cookie uses his skill, he becomes immune to interrupting effects for a short time.

He received an awakened form - Pure Vanilla Cookie (Compassionate) emblem in the chapter Beacon of Truth. Belongs to the " Healing " class, standing in the Rear back position.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is the founder and king of the Vanilla Kingdom. Cookie's Odyssey as an ambassador for his kingdom and in Secrets of the Silver Kingdom as an explorer of the Beast East lands. He carries the Light of Truth in his Soul Gem and is the opposite of the Shadow Milk Cookie Emblem, which carries the Light of Deception. There are few cookies in the Breadlands that can inspire as much hope as Pure Vanilla Cookie. Made from pure cream and flavorful vanilla beans, he was the embodiment of kindness and loyalty. Pure Vanilla Cookie sought to forgive those who had wronged him and to heal the wounds of both cookies and animals. Despite being a powerful mage, he used his spells not for his own good, but for the good of everyone. He made the difficult journey along the Sugar-Free Road. What Pure Vanilla Cookie learned during the Trials is unknown, but crowned with a bright halo of light, he returned to found the Vanilla Kingdom, a land of freedom and knowledge, and a beacon for those seeking love and peace. Pure Vanilla Cookie remained with his friends until the very end, warding off the Darkness with a sincere smile.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is a medium-sized and skinny cookie with an orange-tanned crust and creamy blonde hair. He has heterochromia, with his right eye being pale yellow and his left eye being pale blue. His eyes are mostly closed, though he opens them occasionally. He has a star on his forehead. Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire is that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle hat, robe, and light-colored palette. He has a pointed hat, the top of which is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, while the bottom is golden in the shape of a crown. His robe is also golden yellow and features two triangular capes, while the collar and robe are bright yellow and feature the same pattern as his pointed hat. The cross-shaped plate on his robe features his bright blue Soul Jam. Underneath his attire is a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern that resembles dripping syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches right up to his chin. The staff he holds has a vanilla flower with yellow orchid petals and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. The brown shaft has several green vines on it.
