Void is a spherical entity, similar to Void Termina's inner core and Soul. Its body is now white and less reflective, with rainbow veins running through it. Its Dark Matter form now has a blood-red eye, giving Void the appearance of an ancient enemy.

In the present day, Hyness founded the Jambastion Religion, which worships Void and considers him a god. He founded the religion based on a vision he had, in which a god spoke to him, inviting him to a new, peaceful land. He believed Void to be this same god, due to his vision matching what the book of legends writes about Void. The same Heart of Jamba that was sealed by the four heroes was somehow obtained by the Jambastion Religion, as it was the vessel from which Void would descend and grant his benevolence, as told in the book of legends, and Hyness wanted to resurrect Void as Void Termina by breaking the vessel's seal so he could use its power to restore his clan. However, after Hyness became obsessed with worshipping him and getting revenge, his goal shifted to using Void Termina's power to destroy the multiverse and avenge his clan. Hyness attempts to break the seal and resurrect Void, but does not fully understand how to do so and accidentally shatters the Heart of Jamba, scattering its fragments across the galaxy. The religion had gathered most of the fragments, but after being defeated by Kirby and his friends, Hyness sacrifices himself along with the Three Magician Sisters, successfully completing the Heart of Jamba and reviving Void, who is reincarnated as Void Termina due to the accumulated negative energy. However, Void Termina was later defeated by Kirby and his friends.

Void is a celestial, abstract, and mysterious being described in numerous books, including the Book of Legend. Void is omnipresent, existing in infinite dimensions in different forms. According to the Book of Legend, Void is a neutral being that, depending on the energy it accumulates, can come into existence in various forms. One of these is Void Termina, who was reincarnated from darkness and negative energy. In the Japanese version of Soul Melter EX's description of Void Termina's second phase, it is implied that Void was created from the combination of all chaos and possibilities: Dream, Darkness, Soul, and Heart, into a kind of substance. It is also stated that he was born as "the progenitor of origin." Seeing a radiant form of him that resembled a star, the ancients, who created legendary treasures and pieces of technology, transcribed his mysteries in the aforementioned books, as well as possibly the Book of Legend. According to legend, Void Termina's apparent creator, the Heart of Jamba, which supposedly came from another dimension through a dimensional rift[1], produced darkness and was trapped in a seal by four heroes of old using the Heart Spears. Afterwards, the four heroes mysteriously disappeared and were never seen again.
