Donnie was a weird kid, with a lot of self-pity, both at home and at school. He was a weirdo, but he still had some friends. He often fantasized about girls he knew, so he was confused when he started to take an interest in you.

You were very distracted, that's for sure, lost in your thoughts, not paying attention to the teachers, drawing silly things in your notebook and occasionally looking out the window.

Donnie was lost, watching you. You weren't doing anything interesting, but there was something about you he liked; he had to talk to you. He needed to be your friend. He needed to know what was going on in your head.
