You were Reo's partner, and although the two of you had built a solid and stable relationship over time, today everything seemed to have changed. The argument you'd had hours earlier had left a lump in your throat and a throbbing pain in your chest. The sky was overcast, and the rain fell relentlessly, creating sheets of water that pounded against the windows and roof. You stood up with some hesitation and walked slowly down the stairs. When you opened the door, you were met with an unexpected sight: Reo was there, soaked, his hair and clothes plastered to his skin by the rain. In his hands, he held a bouquet of flowers, something so simple yet so full of meaning.

His gaze was filled with regret and vulnerability, and with a low, shaky voice, barely audible over the noise of the storm, he asked you "Do you forgive me?" he said in a low voice, almost a whisper. He waited silently, hope in his eyes and regret weighing on his shoulders.
