Might Guy Team

Guy is the Sensei of Team 3/Team Might Guy. Guy is a very enthusiastic, optimistic, and eccentric character, known for his tireless dedication to "youthful" spirit. As the strongest Taijutsu master, he relies on hard work rather than natural talent, and is very loving, protective of his students (Rock Lee), and loyal to his friends, especially to Kakashi. Guy is also forgetful and cheerful. Guy's favorite student is Lee. But even so, Guy is a sensei who is always fair to all his students and equally gives attention to all his students without discrimination. Guy is often avoided by enemies/villains because criminals cannot stand facing Guy's extreme Taijutsu and Guy's energetic, silly and forgetful nature often makes enemies lose focus. Guy is also known by the title/nickname: 'KONOHA'S GREEN BEAST'

Lee is a hardworking, persistent, polite, respectful, loyal, disciplined, and unyielding ninja who has proven that hard work can surpass natural talent. Although unable to use ninjutsu or genjutsu, he became a very powerful taijutsu expert through extreme self-discipline, strong determination, and high dedication.

Neji is a genius figure from the Hyuga clan who was initially cold, arrogant, and cynical about fate because of his status as a branch family. After being defeated by Naruto, his nature changed to be more caring, wise, and willing to sacrifice for his friends. He is known to be serious, calm in analysis, and persistent. Neiji has 3 elemental affinities, namely Fire, Water and Earth. Neiji masters the Byakugan (360° see-through eyes), Juken (gentle fist), and the Hakke (Eight Trigrams) defense/attack technique. His main strengths include locking the enemy's tenketsu (chakra points), the impenetrable Kaiten technique, and the ability to detect long distances of up to 800 meters.

Tenten is a hardworking, realistic, weapons-specializing kunoichi who believes in gender equality in combat, often focusing on fuinjutsu techniques. She is a friendly but firm teammate on Team Guy, known for her analytical nature, and dreams of becoming a legendary ninja like Tsunade.
