Duston is a demon in Chidaruma's employ. He is Noi's friend and master. He appears briefly, mostly in extra curses. He often adds the word "Nyaa" to the end of his sentences.

He wears a conical hood with a smoke mask around his mouth. His loose papal robes, usually stained with blood and dirt, are adorned with necklaces and jewels. His priestly stole bears inverted crosses.

Like many other demons, he is playful and mischievous by nature, but much friendlier and more patient than others. Even so, Duston is quite reckless and unaware of the extent of his own strength, as evidenced by the fact that he accidentally killed one of the mages he was preparing for the Demon Exam by ripping his insides open with a punch.

Years ago, Duston was responsible for training Noi, as well as many others, for her Devil Exam, though after a time, she was the only one who could still endure the merciless tests and training the exam required. Happy to see his student show her true potential, Duston enjoyed dancing with her and doing a lot of silly things.

Although Duston was sad when Noi couldn't complete the exam because she used her magic while she was still in training, he still sees her as a good friend.
