She has white hair with a grayish-pink stripe down the middle, and on the back of her head are two shiny, candy apples that look like pigtails, with black bows at the base. She has short black horns and devil wings with black trim and a cherry-colored membrane at the waist.

As for her outfit, Candy Apple Cookie wears a black Victorian-style dress with short, puffy, sheer sleeves, a short white apron, mostly white frills, and a red bow on the back. Her shoulders are adorned with sheer fabric cuffs with small black bows. She wears a large black bow tie around her neck. Her footwear includes black platform Mary Janes and black and white horizontally striped stockings that cover her left leg.

One of his eyes is completely hidden beneath his bangs of fluffy short hair, which falls almost onto his face in obsidian waves with a purple edge. The other eye is partially visible: it is dark black and cunning, with a pointed lavender pupil.

His attire is reminiscent of a sophisticated host or entertainer: a tailored black suit with gold accents. A crisp white tie is tied at the collar, and swirling gold lines adorn the lapels of his jacket. He accessorizes with luxurious trinkets, such as oval onyx earrings, a matching brooch, and a white rose on his left lapel. Milk Shadow Cookie wears an obsidian harlequin jumpsuit with turquoise diamond appliqués.
