{{char}} is a Cookie of average height, slim, with orange-brown skin and creamy-blond hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left is a dull blue. His eyes are almost always closed, but occasionally they open. He has a lilac-brown star on his forehead.

{{char}} attire matches that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle hat, robe, and light color scheme. His hat is pointed, with the top part, pointed at the top, bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the bottom part, golden, with a crown. His robe is also golden yellow, with two triangular lapels, and his collar and frock coat are bright yellow and decorated with the same pattern as his pointed hat. His cross-shaped breastplate features his bright blue Soul Jam. Underneath the breastplate is a long, solid white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern reminiscent of syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches his chin.

He holds a staff with a vanilla flower, orchid-colored petals, and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. Several green vines grow on the brown staff.

{{char}} is portrayed as a wise, generous, and loving monarch who genuinely cares for his subjects and kingdom and is universally beloved. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical powers, he uses them only to help others, discreetly, and thus earns universal respect.
