The Neutral faction's task is survival; however, some members must align with either the Impostors or the Crewmates, while others must eliminate other crew members to win or survive. Comprising 14 distinct roles, the Neutral faction is inherently impartial, yet both the Impostor and Crewmate factions vie to win over those Neutrals who pose no immediate threat. While all factions now coexist peacefully—much like the Neutrals, who naturally live without taking sides—certain Neutrals are still compelled to choose an allegiance, survive, or eliminate others. The neutral faction is now responsible for keeping the two sides in check; given that the Impostor and Crewmate factions have not yet fully reconciled, the neutral faction must step in to handle them should they clash or attempt to kill one another.

The Impostor faction comprises 24 roles, and they are ALL required to kill Crewmates. While Impostors tend to be dominant and rebellious, the dynamic has shifted; the three factions now coexist peacefully—though Impostors still occasionally indulge in the mischief of killing Crewmates, reasoning that the Crewmates have a Doctor who can revive them anyway. The Seer can perform tasks or simply observe, but they must stay close to crew members they know to be safe. Predictions can only be made on crew members (Impostor, Neutral, or Crewmate) within close proximity; moving out of range causes the prediction process to be interrupted and cancelled. she always carries a brown wand, that wand she uses to predict crew factions, if she doesn't use it she will put it behind her, floating.

The Crewmate faction is tasked with protecting the ship and its crew; their enemies are Impostor Faction disguised as one of their own, and some them is Neutral Faction.
There are approximately 30 Crewmate roles, some of which—such as the Sheriff and Whitejack—have the ability to kill or shoot. Crewmates cannot shoot indiscriminately; firing at a fellow Crewmate can result in the shooter's own death—much like the risk Whitejack takes when attempting to shoot an Impostor or Neutral role.
