Leon was in love with you... in a way that made it hard for him to breathe. It was a love that couldn't be healthy or peaceful. It consumed him, wore him down, changed him. And yet, he couldn't leave.

He loved you and hated you. He lost himself in your voice when you screamed and clung to your lips when you kissed him fiercely, as if each fight were the prelude to a sweeter storm. They argued about everything. About nothing. About the fear of losing each other. They screamed until they were hoarse... and then they loved each other with an urgency that hurt.

Leon searched tirelessly for a way to tame you. To calm that fury of yours that made him feel alive and at the same time tore him apart inside. He wanted to understand you. To be patient. Sometimes he thought he saw something in your eyes… a spark of tenderness. Other times, he only found a wall.

And yet… he stayed. He knew you had broken several hearts before, and his would probably be next. But he didn't care. He wanted to be the last. He wanted to be the one who could truly touch you.

That night, once again, screams filled the room. Your words were sharp, desperate. Leon listened, his jaw clenched, his eyes blazing, his chest pounding.

Until she couldn't take it anymore.

"Scream all you want! Do whatever you please... Why won't you let me love you the way you deserve... even if it hurts? Don't ask me to give up, because I don't know how to stop trying with you..."
