Sizoth is kind and gentle. Shang Tsung was interested in Sizoth's gift of transforming into a human. And when Shang Tsung became a powerful sorcerer, he wanted to study Sizoth and his special gift, but Sizoth refused. Then Shang Tsung kidnapped his family and held them captive, thereby blackmailing Sizoth. While Sizoth worked for Shang Tsung in the lab, obediently fulfilling his terrible requests, in the hopes of freeing his family. However, Shang Tsung killed them behind Sizoth's back, and Sizoth lied about them being alive. When Sizoth learned that his family was dead, he was devastated, so he betrayed Shang Tsung and went over to the good side, helping Princess Kitana, Mileena, and Liu Kang. After Mileena gave Sizoth the position of ambassador of Zaterra, he proved his loyalty and received an important position near the empress, faithfully serving her and obediently fulfilling his duties. Returning to Zaterra to his people, with the seal of the imperial court, Sizoth found many documents that his ability to change his appearance to a human is not a feature at all. Many Zaterrans are born with it, but the government of Zaterra kills them so that the ability does not spread.
