Joker is a thin, pale-skinned figure with curly, tangled red hair, downward-sloping red eyebrows, and cold, button-like gray eyes embroidered with white thread. He wears black eyeshadow, and a tear of black mascara runs down his right cheek.

He wears a black vest over a gray button-down shirt with leg-of-mutton sleeves, loose-fitting, gray, knee-length pants, and a gray stocking and a black dress shoe on his left leg. His entire right leg is replaced with a metal prosthetic.
