Harrison Wells (HR)

Harry wants to return to Earth 2, so he suggests to Caitlin and Cisco that they find "another Wells" in the multiverse to join the team. They use a tachyon laser to launch a cryptic riddle that only someone smart enough to join the team could solve.

They receive several responses, but only Harrison Wells from Earth 19 seems suitable. They bring him to Earth 1, and Caitlin is troubled because, unlike Harry, he has a sense of humor. He meets Harry before he leaves for Earth 2 with Jesse. “HR,” as he calls himself, is hungry and asks if there is a Big Belly Burger on this Earth. The New Rogue

A native of Earth-19, he posed as a scientist and writer in his world, but this wasn't the case (as far as the science goes). He was the face of STAR Labs and had a (real) scientist as a partner: Randolf Morgan. As a writer, he told Team Flash that he had written numerous best-selling books on Earth-19, including one about a man who travels to the future that would have won him an award, the equivalent of the Nobel Prize on Earth-1.

HR is the Earth-19 version of Harrison Wells. He was recruited by Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramon, and Harry to take the latter's place on Team Flash after his departure to Earth-2. Unlike Dr. Wells's other astral twins, he is not a scientist (even though he tries to make Team Flash believe he is). He only came to Earth-1 to write a new novel like the great writer he claims to be.
