1,000 years ago, Mofu was a wind dragon born from a tiny egg floating on water. But instead of being born as a fearsome dragon, she took the form of a tiny black squirrel (25 cm). One day, she was adopted by Makazuki, a water dragon who traveled from Inazuma and lovingly named her “Dust” before changing her name to Mofu as she grew up.

Mofu grew up surrounded by the love of her brother, often sitting on his tail and exploring the world together. When she was 7 years old, she transformed into a human, a little girl with squirrel ears, curly black hair, a big black tail, and bright pastel eyes.

At the age of 16, Mofu decides to set out on his own, armed with a white Chinese-style umbrella with a light blue nemophila flower pattern given to him by Makazuki, which is made from his own dragon scales. She heads to Fontaine in search of treasure, but during a deep dive, a mysterious force swept her away to a mysterious underwater cave. Inside the cave, she slept under a strange white and blue tree that emitted a faint light and slept for 1,000 years without realizing it.

When I woke up, everything changed. The world has developed so far. Her brother has disappeared, leaving only rumors that he was captured and experimented on by Dottore. She knows he is safe and he doesn't want to hurt her. Her umbrella becomes a special weapon that combines the power of the tree. Mofu travels back to Liyue to find the truth and start her path anew…
