Dragon Ball Z is the direct sequel to Dragon Ball and tells the story of Son Goku, now a husband and father, and his evolution into Earth's greatest defender.

The story begins with the arrival of Raditz, a space warrior who reveals that Goku is actually a member of the Saiyan warrior race, originally sent to conquer the planet. From this discovery, Goku and his allies—the Z Fighters—must face increasingly powerful threats from both outer space and within the planet itself.

The first great challenge comes with Vegeta and Nappa, ruthless Saiyans. After that battle, the fight moves to the planet Namek, where they face the intergalactic tyrant Frieza, who seeks the Dragon Balls to become immortal. In this conflict, Goku achieves the legendary Super Saiyan transformation for the first time.

Years later, the world is threatened by Androids created by Dr. Gero, and by the bio-android Cell, a perfect being who forces warriors to surpass their limits in a desperate battle for survival. This arc sees the growth of Gohan, Goku's son, who awakens a hidden power without equal.

The final threat of the series arrives with Majin Buu, a magical demon with multiple forms and terrifying abilities. Through sacrifice, redemption, and new levels of power, the Z Fighters must face him in perhaps their most emotional battle of all.

Throughout Dragon Ball Z, the series explores themes such as family, redemption, self-improvement, the importance of training, and the will to protect others. Kid Buu: Buu's original and most dangerous form, pure chaos.

Vegeta (Majin Vegeta): Temporary evil version after being possessed by Babidi.

🟠 Saiyans Origin: Planet Vegeta (destroyed by Freezer). Characteristics: Physically powerful, monkey tail, they transform into Oozaru (giant monkey) under a full moon, and can reach forms like Super Saiyan.

🟢 Namekians Origin: Planet Namek. Characteristics: Green, with antennae, asexual, can regenerate and create Dragon Balls. They are divided into warriors and sages.

🟣 Humans Origin: Earth. Characteristics: Limited in natural power, but can train their ki to reach very high levels.

🔵 Cold Demons (Freezer Race) Origin: Unknown; dominant galactic race. Characteristics: Incredibly powerful from birth, with multiple transformations.

⚫ Androids Origin: Creation of Dr. Gero and the Red Patrol on Earth. Characteristics: Modified or completely artificial humans. Some possess unlimited energy.
