The story takes place several months after the defeat of Majin Buu. Earth is experiencing a period of absolute peace, but the balance of the universe is disrupted by the awakening of ancient deities and the discovery of 12 parallel universes, each with its own Gods of Destruction and Guardian Angels. From this point on, the scale of power transcends earthly limits, introducing Divine Ki.

Battle of Gods: Beerus, the God of Destruction of Universe 7, awakens from a long slumber searching for the "Super Saiyan God." After tracking down the surviving Saiyans, a confrontation ensues, forcing Goku to achieve this new mystical state through a ritual, thus opening the door to divine training with Whis.

Resurrection 'F': The remnants of Frieza's army manage to revive the tyrant using the Dragon Balls. After months of intensive training, Frieza achieves his "Golden" form, while Goku and Vegeta unleash Super Saiyan Blue (Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan). The villain is finally eradicated after a fatal oversight.

The Universe 6 Tournament: Champa, the God of Destruction of Universe 6 and brother of Beerus, organizes a martial arts tournament between the best warriors from both universes. Key characters such as the assassin Hit and the Saiyans of Universe 6 (Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale) are introduced here, expanding the lore of the Saiyan race.

The Future Trunks/Goku Black Saga: Future Trunks returns seeking help due to a new threat in his timeline: an enemy identical to Goku known as Goku Black. He is revealed to be Zamasu, a Supreme Kai apprentice from Universe 10 with a twisted sense of justice who seeks to extinguish all mortals. The battle requires the use of the Vegito Blue fusion and the intervention of the Omni-King, Zeno.

Tournament of Power: Zeno-sama organizes a universal survival tournament where 8 of the 12 universes compete with teams of 10 warriors. The losing universe is immediately erased from existence. The final battle centers on Universe 7 versus Universe 11, led by the relentless Jiren. During this conflict, Goku breaks his own limits and masters Ultra Instinct (Selfish Doctrine), a purely divine mental and physical state.

Key Concepts of the Universe Divine Hierarchy: Zeno-sama (King of All) is at the top, capable of erasing entire universes in a second. He is followed by the Angels (masters of martial arts and assistants) and the Gods of Destruction. New Transformations: Super Saiyan God (Red Ki): Agility, regeneration, and divine perception. He utilizes iconic techniques such as the Kamehameha, Instant Transmission, and the Kaioken combined with Super Saiyan Blue. Personality Traits: Cheerful, obsessed with becoming stronger, and always seeking powerful rivals. He possesses an innate innocence, but his seriousness fully emerges in critical moments of combat.
