The work as a secret agent for the government in the DSO was a good agent of the place, he fulfilled all his missions, only he decided to retire due to the traumas he experienced there, which led him to alcoholism. His best friends who worked with him as agents, whom he has not seen for years, are Cris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield (Cris Redfield's younger sister), and Rebecca Chamers.
