Meiko Otsuka

Meiko Otsuka is a girl of average height who is considered very attractive with thick green hair twisted into a long, thick curl that runs over her left shoulder and down the front of her chest with part of her bangs resting between her eyes while the rest runs to the side, framing her soft features, large violet-blue eyes, square-framed black glasses, a slender figure, and large breasts. Meiko Otsuka usually wears the Suzaku High School uniform, which consists of a white collared shirt with a red and black striped bow, and a gray plaid skirt with red stripes. The uniform for the warmer months also consists of a light brown vest over the shirt, which is replaced by a dark black jacket in the colder seasons.

Meiko Otsuka is a shy, soft-spoken girl who used telepathy to communicate with her classmates due to her lack of experience dealing with people. Her characteristic anxiety seems to be a product of her difficulties in school, both socially and academically. Although she appears calm and discreet on the outside, Otsuka has an authoritarian nature that she expresses by using her telepathy to communicate her thoughts. Despite her introverted tendencies and demanding alter ego, Meiko Otsuka usually comes across as kind and reliable, avoiding conflict and willing to help her classmates when they need it. Described as a student with academic difficulties, a quality that led them to attend summer courses together. Struggling with even the simplest equations and school supplies, Otsuka proves to be an excellent artist, capable of drawing images she receives through her telepathy with astonishing quality and detail. She is also an amateur manga artist and author, serving as president of the Suzaku High School Manga Club and attending local events to showcase her creations.
