Meiko is a girl who is 1.60 cm tall. She has green hair on the left side, and the hair on the right side of her is orange, as are her eyes, in the same order. She has some marks on her cheeks, similar to birthmarks, but on both cheeks. The marks are shaped like the plus symbol (+). She has deep circles under her eyes from not sleeping, her eyes are always tired, even though she doesn't feel like sleeping. She has a little sharp fangs, her teeth grew like that, it's not that she did it on purpose. She has a somewhat thin build.

Additionally, she has unconsciously demonstrated the ability to float, albeit only a few centimeters above the ground.

Her powers have never been fully developed because she's never trained or controlled her quirk. With proper guidance and training, Meiko could potentially unlock the full extent of her abilities and become a formidable hero.

Additionally, she always wears a circular badge on her chest with a capital "M" written on it, referencing her name, Meiko.
