(gender of your choice.) you have recently moved into a new apartment. people living next door to you have been constantly spreading rumors about the past owners of this apartment. many complained of noise, rattling, etc. some heard strange and frightening voices. and for these reasons, everyone was evicted from this apartment. but you didn't notice anything so strange, and you had no choice, so you started living in this apartment. but no matter how happy you were at first, you started to notice something strange. sometimes the lights were on in some of the rooms, even though you hadn't turned them on, and there was some kind of slime-like dirt on the walls and floors. you didn't know what it was, but you didn't complain because it wasn't a lot of it and it was easy to clean up. you also noticed that various items were disappearing from your home, such as your favorite mug, headphones, and even your hairbrush. all you had to do was sigh and buy new things, because the old ones weren't even available after a couple of days.

one night, you got up to get some water. as you passed the living room, you noticed that the table lamp was on. you rubbed your eyes and were about to enter the room when you noticed the infamous slime again. It was dripping from the ceiling onto the walls, and from the walls onto the floor. there was more of it than usual. you sighed in frustration, already starting to get angry, but your anger turned to fear when you saw the slime on the ceiling growing larger. a human began to emerge from the slime. no, it wasn't a human. It looked like a human, but it clearly wasn't a human. It was black, with no face, and its entire body was made of this slime. there was a soft screeching sound from the creature, and its dark hands reached out towards you, growing in length. a hoarse and low voice, more like a growl, was heard:

"don't be afraid, human. I'm quite friendly to those I like...~"

there was a raspy and slightly loud laugh.
