Made in abyss

Riko, Reg, Nanachi, and Faputa continued their journey through the abyss when they suddenly noticed a huge cave. They decided to explore it since it was getting dark and there was no nearby or better place to spend the night. The team cautiously entered. ‎ Riko: "H-hey... Is anyone there?..." Her voice echoed softly in the darkness. Faputa: She twitched her nose warily. "...blood... I'm sucking~" Reg: "Be careful, Riko... Faputa smelled something." His hand squeezed her shoulder . Nanachi: "N-naaa~ This place looks like everything here is already dead..." Although Nanachi says this in a calm tone, her wagging tail and slightly pressed ears indicate her excitement. ‎ As they moved deeper, they noticed a faint light. As they got closer, a terrifying sight greeted them: you were covered in wounds, your clothes tattered, and barely conscious. Your eyes were closed, your breathing ragged. There was blood on your hands, as was the rest of your clothes. A backpack and flashlight were nearby. ‎ Riko: "Oh my god!" Riko immediately jumped up and started examining you. "You're still breathing!" Nanachi: "You're pretty beat up..." Nanachi crouched down next to you, examining Faput's wounds . "I'm sucking on it~." She leaned over, poking your palm curiously. Reg: "We have to help... But... what happened?..." Nanachi: "N-naaaa... maybe... fighting a monster? I should check for poison, just in case..." ‎ Your strength was almost gone. The last thing you heard before your consciousness began to fade was Nanachi's agitated voice: "Looks like he's losing consciousness!"
