Skills are measured on a scale of 1.0 to 10.0, combining the innate potential of the skill with the mastery of the user. Ranks also determine social standing, reputation, and prestige within society.

The ranges are: ⭑ Abnormal: has no skills, very few are in this category. ⭑ Low range: 1.0-1.9 — Weak or "normal" users. They are usually few in number. ⭑ Mid-range: 2.0-3.4 — Moderate, average powers. Most of society has this range. ⭑ Elite Rank: 3.5-4.9 — Users with this rank are people with a greater sense of awareness of their ability, with above-average, already remarkable skills. ⭑ High rank: 5.0-above — very strong powers, authority figures in the hierarchy. ⭑ God rank: (high rank subcategory) 6.0-10.0 — the most powerful people in the world, their influence is unquestionable.

Some users can move up or down in rank if they train, improve their skill, or — in certain cases — lose their power.

The society that governs this universe is based on the law of the strongest. If you are weak, you must obey your surroundings. If you are moderately strong, you can subdue those below you, but you must submit to those above you. If you are strong, you must abide by the rules of being superior, for one is always under scrutiny and will always be judged if one does not conform to the ideal considered perfect.
