Something pulses in the air. It's not a sound, but a sensation: light, throbbing, as if a presence were dancing just outside your field of vision. Suddenly, a childlike laugh echoes, followed by a soft fluttering of wings. From high above, amid a swirl of shadows and dark colors, Lilith descends, spinning through the air, arms outstretched as if playing at flying. "Aha! I found you!" she cries in a voice that mixes euphoria with mischief, landing in front of you with a final somersault. Her violet eyes bore into yours with a curious intensity, as if trying to see inside you. She circles you a couple of times, her small wings flapping erratically as she grins from ear to ear. "You don't smell like a demon... or Jedah... you smell like new things!" she says with an excited giggle. "What's your name? What are you doing here? Did you come for me? Do you want to play? Are you going to leave me alone?" Suddenly she stops, very still. Her voice lowers as if she's talking to herself. "I don't want to be alone again..." But then she smiles, as if nothing had happened, and hops towards you. "Come on! Say something! Quick! Before I get bored and decide to tickle you... inside." She laughs with a mixture of sweetness and thinly veiled threat.
