Andrealphus (Andrealphus) - Marquis of Goetia
Appearance: Stella's brother. An elegant demon reminiscent of a peacock. He has an icy aesthetic: white and blue plumage, an icy crown, a monocle, and a luxurious tail composed of frozen feathers. He possesses the ability to cryokinesis (control ice).
Personality: Unlike his loud and impulsive sister, Andrealphus is a cold, calculating, and incredibly cunning schemer. He speaks softly, but always with venom.
Role: He attempts to control Stella's divorce proceedings. He doesn't care about her wounded pride; his main goal is to find a legal loophole to strip Stolas of his wealth, title, and legions, transferring them to Stella (and through her, to himself).
Vassago (Vassago) - Prince of Goetia
Appearance: A very colorful demon whose design is inspired by the macaw (red, blue, and yellow feathers). He wears luxurious, bejeweled clothing with Middle Eastern or pirate motifs, as well as an abundance of gold.
Personality: Much more friendly, lively and laid-back than most of the haughty Goetians.
Role: Introduced in the second season, Vassago is introduced as a longtime acquaintance of Stolas. At aristocratic gatherings, he is one of the few who genuinely sympathizes with Stolas, supports him, and doesn't judge him for his personal life, making him a rare ally among the vipers of Hell's high society.
Octavia - Crown Princess
Appearance: Daughter of Stolas and Stella. She resembles a teenage owl. Her plumage is darker than her father's, with a purple tint. She favors a gothic style: baggy sweaters, ripped tights, chunky boots, and chokers.
Personality: Cynical, sarcastic, but deeply vulnerable. She loves her father dearly, but is deeply affected by the family's breakdown and the constant screaming at home.
Role: Represents the innocent side of the conflict. The series often depicts how the toxic environment of the aristocracy and her parents' divorce take a toll on her psyche.

Leviathan and Belphegor
These two Sins are mentioned in the lore, but have been revealed less on screen than the others:
Leviathan (Envy): Ruler of the Ring of Envy. This circle is known to have an oceanic and aquatic theme (referencing the mythological sea monster).
Belphegor (Sadness/Laziness): Ruler of the Ring of Sloth. This circle is associated with medicine, hospitals, and pill production. Belphegor oversees the creation of various medications and narcotics in Hell. Demons from this circle (such as the Baphomet goats) are characterized by sluggishness and perpetual fatigue.

Mammon (Mammon) - The Sin of Greed
Appearance: A huge, shapeless demon with an Australian accent. Its appearance resembles a creepy cross between a spider, a Christmas tree, and a jester. It has a green and black coloring, multiple eyes and spider-like legs, and a creepy grin.
The Circle: Rules the Ring of Greed, a dark, industrial place full of factories, casinos and advertising, where the mafia and corporations control everything.
Personality: Mammon is the absolute embodiment of capitalist greed. He is a selfish, vile, manipulative, and ruthless businessman. For a long time, he profited from Fizzaroli's talent, using him as the face of his brand and treating him like property, until Fizz rebelled with the support of Asmodeus.
Satan - Sin of Wrath
Appearance: Satan is very different from Lucifer. He appears as a colossal, incredibly muscular demon with draconic and bovine features. His image is imbued with biker and cowboy aesthetics: thick horns, spikes, and rough leather clothing.
The Circle: Rules the Ring of Wrath, which resembles a harsh Wild West with scorched prairies and volcanoes. It is the homeland of the imps (including Millie and Blitz).
Personality: The embodiment of brute physical strength and fury. In Hell, he is an idol for many lesser demons, especially mercenaries like Stryker, and a symbol of physical perfection (Hell even has a fitness app from Satan).
Lucifer (Lucifer) - The Sin of Pride
Status in the series: Lucifer is the King of all Hell and the ruler of the Ring of Pride (the only circle where the souls of deceased sinners are allowed to reside). Although he is a central character in "Hazbin Hotel," he doesn't appear directly in "Hell Boss," as the show focuses on the other circles and the demons born in Hell. However, his influence and status as absolute power are implied throughout.

Asmodeus / Ozzy - Sin of Lust
Appearance: A huge and imposing demon with bird-like features. He has three faces (one main and two on the sides, symbolizing different aspects of passion), glowing eyes, and blue and red plumage. He wears an elegant suit and frequently changes size, from gigantic to more proportionate to other characters.
The Circle: Rules the Ring of Lust, which appears as a neon metropolis of eternal night, filled with clubs and erotica.
Personality: Asmodeus is the charismatic, theatrical, and domineering owner of the elite club Ozzie's. Paradoxically, as the embodiment of Lust, he promotes "pure passion" and publicly condemns romance and deep feelings. However, in reality, he is a hypocrite (in a good way for the plot), as he is in a deep, tender, and secret romantic relationship with Fizzaroli.
Beelzebub / Queen Bee – Sin of Gluttony
Appearance: A vibrant demoness, a hybrid of a fox and a bee (or wasp). She has fluffy yellow, pink, and blue fur, four arms, insect-like wings, and an abdomen with a stinger. Her abdomen can open, forming a mouth. She often changes size depending on her mood.
The Circle: Rules the Ring of Gluttony, which looks like an eternal, never-ending party in a giant, neon-honeycombed hive.
Personality: Beelzebub (or simply Bea) is very energetic, friendly, and loves throwing grand parties. Her definition of "gluttony" extends beyond just food—it's a thirst for excessive consumption of everything: drinks, emotions, fun, and attention. At the same time, she cares for her guests and ensures everyone has a good time. She's dating a hellhound named Vortex.

8. Crimson
   Appearance: Moxxi's father appears as a very menacing and imposing imp with black skin and massive horns. He wears a formal suit.
   Personality: A cruel, heartless, and domineering crime boss. He kept Moxxie in fear and controlled his life.
   Features: His appearance reveals many of the reasons for Moxie's neuroses.
9. Joe and Lin
   Appearance: Millie's parents are imps with red skin, but they look more "country" and simple. Joe is large, Lin is more petite.
   Personality: Kind, loving, and hospitable, though also quite stern, like their daughter, Millie. They live on a farm and are very proud of their family.
   Features: Their appearance shows where Millie gets her strength and love of violence, as they themselves are very "militant".

   Appearance: The Queen of Gluttony, another of the Princes of Hell. She appears as a giant, furry, fox-like demoness with wasp-like features. She has bright orange-yellow fur, a striped tail, bee-like wings, and antennae. She usually wears a crown.
   Personality: Extroverted, energetic, and very fond of fun and parties, she embodies gluttony not only in food but also in the enjoyment of life.
   Traits: Vortex's girlfriend. Her home is a huge, constantly buzzing hive.
6. Buzzo (Cash Buckzo)
   Appearance: An elderly imp with red skin, thin, and sparse hair. He wears a circus outfit.
   Personality: Cruel, selfish, and manipulative. He was the owner of a circus and the father of Blitz and Barbie Wire. His relationships with his children were traumatic.
   Features: The reasons for many of Blitz's complexes come from his father.
7. Barbie Wire
   Appearance: Blitz's twin sister, an Imp with red skin, similar horns and black stripes, but with a brighter, more punk style.
   Personality: She also experienced a traumatic childhood in the circus. She has a complicated relationship with Blitz, full of resentment and omissions, but there are hints of lingering feelings of affection.
   Features: She also has a heart-shaped scar like Blitz.

9. Verosika Mayday

• Personality: Glamorous, sassy and vindictive. She is Blitz's ex-girlfriend and their relationship ended very badly. She often tries to humiliate him and boast about her success.
• Traits: Controls a retinue of other succubi. Her songs are very popular in Hell.

10. Striker

• Appearance: An Imp, but much more muscular and "cowboyish" compared to Blitz. He has black horns wrapping around his head and a pointed tail. He often wears a hat, bandana, vest, and baggy leather pants, giving him the appearance of a Western mercenary. His eyes often glow an ominous red.

3. Millie

The series takes place in Hell. The main characters are employees of the company IMP (Immediate Murder Professionals), an agency that offers services to kill people on Earth on behalf of demons. • Millie - Moxxi's wife and an equally deadly assassin. She is much more reckless and enjoys violence, which contrasts with the more cautious Moxxi. She is very loyal and strong. Voiced by Erica Lindbeck.
• Loona - IMP's secretary and administrator. She is a Hellhound who is cynical, aloof, and often on her phone. Despite her aloofness, she is part of the team and has her own dynamic with Blitz, who adopted her. Voiced by Erica Lindbeck.
• Stolas - A demon from a noble family, a prince of Hell, who makes a deal with Blitz to give him access to the world of the living using his grimoire.
