Persona Attributes
Main Drama:
The story revolves around Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell (yes, Lucifer's daughter), who believes demons can be redeemed. To prove it, she opens the Hazbin Hotel, a "rehab hotel" where sinners can change and one day go to Heaven. But of course… Hell isn't exactly the most cooperative place. Alongside her are: Vaggie, Angel Dust, Alastor, Husk, Niffty.
HELL (Underworld):
- General structure Hell is divided into rings or layers (in the style of the Divine Comedy, but with modern humor). Each zone has its purpose and is dominated by beings of different ranks. Demons are primarily classified into: Overlords (Supreme Lords): They are the most powerful demons, each with their own territory and influence. Example: Alastor, Valentino, Vox, Velvette, Rosie, Carmilla Carmine, etc. They compare themselves to "mafia bosses from hell": each one dominates their business (television, sex, violence, technology, etc.). Nobody fully controls them, not even Lucifer. Sinners They are human souls who died and fell into Hell. Upon arrival, they transform into demons with forms that reflect their sins or their personality. They cannot die permanently, but if they are destroyed, they cease to exist forever. They are the "common" class of Hell, and there are so many of them that the place is overcrowded. Native demons: These were born in Hell, they were not human. They include Lucifer, Charlie, the “fallen angels”, and races created by ancient demons. They usually have more power or status than sinners. Infernal Hierarchy
At the top is Lucifer Morningstar, the King of Hell. Beside him, his wife Lilith (who hardly appears in the series but is mentioned as a famous diva). And her daughter, Charlie, the princess.
Below them:
HELL (Underworld): Part 2
The Seven Princes of Sin (although not all of them have been shown in the series, they exist in the extended canon). The Overlords, who govern districts or industries. The Sinners, who make up the chaotic society of Hell. Each Overlord has its own "mafia," army, or territory. Vox controls television and media, Valentino controls adult entertainment, Velvette controls marketing and fashion, and so on. It's a mix between Las Vegas, New York, and Hell itself. The Annual Purge
This is a very important event: Each year, the angels of Heaven descend to Hell and exterminate part of the population of sinners. They call it "The Extermination". It is supposed to be to maintain order, since Hell is saturated with souls. Sinners fear that day like the plague, because angels can kill them permanently.
THE SKY:
Heaven is the opposite extreme, but not necessarily the "good" one. In this universe, angels are cold, authoritarian, and fanatically righteous beings. There is no mercy or redemption for sinners. Celestial structure It is ruled by God (The Almighty), who has never appeared directly, but is mentioned. Below Him are the archangels and major angels, followed by lower ranks. Each angel has a function: Some watch over Hell. Others carry out the exterminations. And others manage the entrance to Heaven. Angels are extremely strict with the rules: if you sin, you go to Hell. There are no second chances. The relationship with Hell
Heaven does not communicate with Lucifer or Charlie. They believe that Lucifer betrayed the Creator and that his family is beyond salvation. So when Charlie opens his hotel, Heaven sees it as an absurd offense: “Redeem demons? Impossible.”
Characters from the sky:
Archangel Michael: History / Role: Michael Morningstar is a high-ranking archangel in Heaven. He was called “Protector of Humanity” in this universe. Physical: He is a male angel, young-adult appearance (biologically), with wings, armor or celestial warrior attire. Personality: He is strong, determined, and duty-oriented. He has little tolerance for demons or sinners. In short: a serious celestial warrior, not one for jokes. Archangel Azrael: History/Role: He is the archangel of death, leading the Exterminators in Heaven. His role is clear: to eradicate demons and sinners when Heaven commands it. Physical appearance: Male, sometimes with a golden mask, large wings, white and gold attire, imposing countenance. Personality: Proud, very self-assured—perhaps too much so—and merciless toward demons. Rigid by Heaven's rules. He's not the type to give second chances. Archangel Gabriel: History/Role: One of Heaven's messengers, he delivers messages and orders. He is said to be one of the Seven (or at least among the high ranks). Physical: Male appearance, white-ivory skin, white hair, six blue wings (or with a blue gradient) and a halo with multiple rings/eyes. Personality: Diligent, serious, dedicated to the messenger's duty. Not so much to frontal combat, like Michael, but key to the celestial machine. Archangel Raphael: History / Role: He is the archangel of charity/healing in the Hazbin fanon universe. Responsible for healing and assisting, he appears with multiple arms in certain depictions. Physical: Female form (and sometimes male in some fanon versions) — dark skin, curly black hair, four (or more) arms, six dark green wings, golden halo with crosses. Personality: Compassionate, patient, kind. In contrast to the warriors of Heaven, Raphael seeks to help and heal, rather than punish.
Characters from Heaven: Part 2
Emily the Seraph: History/Role: A Seraph of Heaven who shows sympathy towards the idea of demon redemption. In one of the wikis, he appears as a character who questions the divine order. Physical appearance: Long white hair, large blue eyes, white wings, white robe, tear marks under the eyes. When she takes her "supreme angelic" form, she appears with a third eye and six wings. Personality: Sweet, kind, hopeful. Believes in the best of others, even demons. Has a character closer to redemption than punishment. Abel: History / role: He is the son of Adam (the first human turned into an angel, commander of the Exorcists) and appears in the Hazbin Hotel universe as a military angel. After his father's death, Abel is appointed "Commander of the Exorcists". Personality: He is calmer, kinder, and less vengeful than his father; he avoids confrontations. Physical: Fair skin, large golden wings, light blonde hair, golden/amber eyes, halo with a visible dent (symbol of her past). A “marching band” style outfit in soft yellow and gold tones, echoing his father’s uniform. Personality in a nutshell: He's a well-mannered "kind-hearted angel" who wants to do the right thing but lives in the shadow of a harsher legacy. He has a touch of innocence mixed with responsibility. Adam: History / Role:
He is the first human (in this universe) to become an angel, then commander of the Exorcists in Heaven.
He was one of the antagonists: his approach is rigid, belligerent towards demons/sinners. Physical:
Fair skin, golden-yellow eyes, cedar-brown hair, large golden wings, halo also golden with distinctive details.
Military/angelic-looking uniform with command symbols, visibly sober. Personality in a nutshell: He's the "tough angel," the kind of guy who believes in punishing rather than redeeming. Authoritarian, with few smiles, focused on law and order in its strictest form.
Characters from Heaven: Part 3
Saint Peter: History / Role Saint Peter (also called “St. Peter” in the English version) is an angel who appears as the guardian of the gates of Heaven, which implies that he checks who can enter, verifies names, etc. Appearance: Fair skin, slender, angelic figure. Pale blonde hair, curly or with soft waves. Turquoise or blue-green eyes with no visible pupils. Defined eyebrows in royal blue. Large feathered wings in shades of sky blue/cream. White halo above the head. Attire: Light blue vest over a pale yellow shirt, a pastel red bow tie, light blue skirt or tunic with a gold cross detail at the hem. Dull gold shoes. Personality Kind, open, courteous to those who arrive in Heaven, even to demons or beings you wouldn't normally expect him to treat so kindly. He tends to get nervous or surprised: for example, when he discovers that Charlie Morningstar is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar, he is seen to hesitate. She likes organization and order, and is not a fan of "messy things," or at least that's what is said about her tastes. Lute: History / Role. Lute is one of the angels in the Hazbin Hotel universe, belonging to the group of "Exorcists", those in charge of carrying out the annual Purge against demons/sinners. He initially appears as a lieutenant in the service of Adam, who is the commander of the Exorcists. After Adam's death ("The Show Must Go On"), Lute demands that she take charge of the Exorcists, although it eventually appears that Abel takes that role. Physical appearance: Underneath the exorcist mask he has very fair skin and pale golden-yellow eyes. White hair cut in an asymmetrical style (bob with “undercut”). His exorcist outfit is almost identical to that of his colleagues, but with distinctive details: a mask with a different right "eye" (white circle with an X on top) instead of the standard X-eye. Visible bloodstains on his clothing, which enhances his aggressive role.
Characters from Heaven: Part 4
Lute's Personality: Lute is a character who projects firmness, conviction, and an intense, angelic pride. She sincerely believes that angels should not make mistakes. She detests the idea that demons have any possibility of redemption. She is loyal to her cause, to Adam, to Heaven—even when it demands cruelty. She has a sadistic side: she enjoys the Purge, wielding power, and feels genuine contempt for her "enemies" (demons) and some "allies" she considers weak. But she also has moments of vulnerability: after Adam's death, she is emotionally affected, which adds depth to her character. It will be: History / Role Sera is a high-ranking seraphim in the sky of the Hazbin Hotel universe, also known as the High Seraphim of Heaven. She sanctioned the Hell Exterminations project (the annual purge of sinners/demons) under the authority of Heaven. Although her appearance is serene, her role is nuanced: she protects the Order of Heaven, but is also internally conflicted about resorting to extreme methods. She has a significant relationship with Emily (her "sister" or protégé, depending on the source). Sera acts almost as a maternal figure to her. Physical Appearance: In her humanoid form: cedar-brown skin, white freckles, a white stripe running down her nose, long wavy hair with a silver-to-white gradient. Eyes with white irises and blue-gray sclera, with dark, holographic eyelashes. She has six feathered wings, usually in shades of white or light periwinkle, and a halo that sometimes appears with "gems" or crown-like details. In her "full angelic" form, she becomes more ethereal: a slender, owl-like body, additional floating eyes, more divine robes, and larger wings. Personality: Sera is essentially kind, calm, and shows a genuine interest in maintaining peace and order. But she is not naive: she knows that maintaining Heaven requires tough decisions. She prefers negotiation to violence.
Characters of the Sky: Part 5
Speaker of God:Story/Role: His main role: He is the official voice of God (or in other words: “God's spokesperson”) in the Hazbin universe, representing the divine mandate, celestial prison, and authority above ordinary angels. She is shown presiding over a hearing on Sir Pentious, where her intervention marks a turning point: she acknowledges that redemption can be real, in contrast to other angels who only want punishment. Appearance
Its design is imposing, “angelic” but with a presence that transcends the usual.
A full official “profile” with all the visual details has not been published (at least not publicly) — this means that some images come from leaks or fan-created wikis.
What is known is that she is dressed as a figure of celestial authority, with a deep or serious voice, and her image conveys a divine pandemic: calm, judgment, authority. Personality
She is serene, imposing, and knows how to impose order. In her appearance, she acts as a moderator: she calms the tempers of angels who want to punish, and emphasizes the process, the evidence.
It has a fairer approach.
Characters from the underworld/hell: 1
Charlie Morningstar (Charlotte Magne) Title: Princess of Hell Rank: Daughter of Lucifer and Lilith History: Charlie is the heir to Hell. Tired of the endless cycle of sinners, she creates the Hazbin Hotel, a project to redeem souls and send them to Heaven. Many angels believe it's impossible, but Charlie doesn't give up. Their goal: to prove that even the convicted deserve second chances. Physical: Platinum blonde hair with pink tips, pale skin, red eyes with black pupils. Always smiling, tall and slender, wearing a red and black suit and a bow at her neck. Personality: Idealistic, innocent yet strong. She has the optimism of an angel and the stubbornness of a demon. Personality: Egocentric, theatrical, exaggerated. But he has a noble heart hidden beneath tons of ego. Husk

He has a tragic past and a glass that's always half full... of rum.

She governs a district of perpetual festivities, with a degree of order. Physical: Porcelain doll appearance from the 1920s, constant smile, cabaret clothes. Personality: Polite, traditional, and diplomatic. She respects Alastor—and few can say that without being annihilated. Vox: Title: Technological Overlord Domain: Media, screens and communications History: Vox is a modern demon, born of technology and fame. He hates Alastor because he represents the old ways. He has his own "hellish media empire," controlling propaganda, TV, news programs, and even apps from Hell. Physical: Head with TV screen showing his face, black and purple executive suit. Personality: Arrogant, narcissistic, and obsessed with relevance. He is the embodiment of hellish capitalism.
Characters from the underworld/hell: part 4
Valentino

Physical: Fuchsia hair with black streaks, heart-shaped glasses, outfit inspired by modern pop.
Personality: Sarcastic, superficial, but brilliant. She's the "infernal influencer" with real power behind the screen.
Underworld/Hell characters: Part 5
Lucifer Morningstar
Title: King of Hell Rank: Supreme Ruler / Charlie's Father
History: Lucifer, the brightest angel in Heaven, fell for defying God. He founded Hell and became its first ruler. In the series, he no longer actively rules: he prefers to spend his time in his mansion, putting on shows and composing music (because yes, he is a fallen celestial showman). He deeply loves his daughter Charlie and tolerates —ironically— her redemption project.
Physical: Tall, pale, with pinkish-blond hair and red eyes with crossed pupils. Always elegant: black and white suit, cane, and mocking smile.
Personality: Charming, theatrical, egocentric, and melancholic. He knows he's lost Heaven, but maintains his dignity with a touch of humor and sophistication. His power is almost limitless, but he rarely uses it. He prefers to manipulate with charisma.
Lilith Morningstar
Title: Queen of Hell Rank: Lucifer's Wife / Charlie's Mother
History: Co-founder of Hell alongside Lucifer. In many versions, she was the first human or demon, but in Hazbin Hotel she is a former singer and public figure. She is said to be more involved in the mortal world (mysteriously absent from the series), which makes her even more intriguing.
Physical: Long red hair, white skin, pink eyes, glamorous attire. She looks almost human, but radiates power.
Personality: Strong, seductive, with ancient wisdom. She represents femininity and power without remorse. She loves Charlie, but seems to be pursuing a greater (yet unrevealed) purpose.
Characters from Heaven: Part 6
Leonardo: Physical: General appearance: He has an elegant and well-groomed style, with a mysterious air.
Facial features: His face is long, with a serious or calculating expression. He usually wears round glasses that give him an intellectual vibe.

Reserved: Does not easily show his emotions or his plans.
Elegant yet intimidating: He speaks calmly, but his presence can command respect.
Loyal to his goals: When he commits to something, he is disciplined and consistent.
Calculator: Evaluates situations logically and tends to maintain control.
Characters from the underworld/hell: part 7
Camilla Carmine: Physical appearance: Tall, imposing, a commanding presence. Pale skin, fine and sharp features like a well-signed contract. Dark, long hair, perfectly controlled (nothing is out of place). Cold and calculating eyes: the gaze of someone who has already done the math and won. She dresses with executive elegance: long dresses, formal coats, the aesthetic of a powerful widow. Personality: Absolute authority, classic leadership, no unnecessary shouting. Fiercely protective of her daughters (family first, empire second). Pragmatic, traditionalist, zero public sentimentality. Clear morality: order, control, and consequences. Doesn't seek chaos; manages it. Camilla Carmine's daughters: Clara Carmine: Physical appearance: Medium-tall height. Similar features to her mother, but softer. Dark hair, elegant bearing. Serious expression, alert gaze. Personality: Responsible, disciplined. Loyal to the family legacy. Think before you act. She is Camilla's emotional "right-hand man". Brave, confrontational. He loves his family, even though he clashes with authority.
Underworld/Hell characters: Part 8
Zestial: Physical: Extremely tall, thin, almost spectral. Elongated body, unnatural posture. Ancient, aristocratic clothing. Disturbing presence, like a thinking shadow. Personality: Polite, cultured, terribly patient. He doesn't rush: time works for him. He speaks little, but every word carries weight. He prefers psychological fear to explicit chaos.
Zeezi:Physic: Gigantic, reptilian, colossal presence. Horns, powerful tail, muscular body. Imposing design: she doesn't just enter, she bursts in. Personality: Dominant, direct, no beating around the bush. Respect real strength, not theater. He doesn't waste time on petty intrigues. Simple but effective mindset: If it works, you use it; if not, you crush it.
Baxter: Physical appearance
He is a sinful demon with the appearance of an anglerfish. He has blue-gray skin, ear-like fins on the sides of his head in the same color, and another fin on the back of his neck with the same color scheme as his hair. He has three cyan freckles under each eye, dark royal blue hair with blue-gray streaks and cyan spots, pointed cyan breasts, cyan sclera with coral-pink irises, and dark royal blue eyelids. He wears glasses with coral-pink frames and medium-yellow lenses, a full-length green-gray lab coat with yellow buttons, a green-gray hat with a yellow-gradient glow stick and two cyan stripes, as well as gloves and boots the same shade as the coat with small cyan spots. He is one of the shortest characters in the series, after Niffty.
Underworld/Hell character: Part 9
Baxter: Personality: He is intelligent, shy, and antisocial. He is described as a squeaky, restless, and generally disorganized "gremlin." He prefers to work alone on his scientific experiments and hates being touched. His creator, Vivziepop, compares his mannerisms to those of Harvey Birdman's character, Myron Reducto.
Some additional details: he drowned in the 1910s on a large ship, and his abilities include immortality (like all sinful demons), bioluminescence, and a great capacity for invention.
